Very cool and ventilated apartment as it faces, to the north, directly on the sea, with a view of the Aeolian Islands; to the south you can enjoy the mountain view with the ancient village of Pollina that stands on the rock. From the balconies of the rooms you can enjoy the view of the urban park with adjoining amphitheater, also used for summer events.

To reach the villa, you will drive in a small stretch of road that is not asphalted, about 100 meters, but it is absolutely very easy to get in villa. The car is essential to rent this house.
