Rilassati in questo grazioso appartamento situato in una zona residenziale e tranquilla di Minusio. L’alloggio si trova a circa 150 metri di distanza dal lago. Con una breve passeggiata lungo la famosa stradina rossa di “Via alla Riva” potete raggiungere Muralto, Locarno, Tenero. A pochi passi vi è la presenza di supermercati come Coop e Migros. Zona blu (parcheggi pubblici) per quanto concerne i parcheggi, presente in zona ed a pagamento. Stazione del treno di Minusio a 300 metri dall’alloggio.

Una grande casa su due piani, ampi spazi, tre camere nel sottotetto, terrazzo al primo piano, giardino e piscina (estate). Qui potete trascorrere delle fantastiche vacanze molto piacevoli, tutto è a portata di mano. Negozi, lago e il famoso “quai” di Ascona con ristoranti che si affacciano sul lago e le Isole di Brissago. L’entrata è in comune con un piccolo due locali e al pian terreno un altro tre locali affittato con airbnn. È comunque una casa che predilige ospiti che amano la tranquillità

Es ist eine kleine aber sehr gemütliche Wohnung. Der Schlafraum wird mit dem Wohnzimmer geteilt, dafür hat man von der Terrasse aus eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore und die Berge. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung wird Ihnen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bereiten! Bei mir ist es so, dass jeder Gast am Ende der Ferien, die Wohnung selber reinigt und schön sauber hinterlässt, vielen Dank! Leider gibt es in San Nazzaro kein Lebensmittelgeschäft mehr!
