Rilassati in questo grazioso appartamento situato in una zona residenziale e tranquilla di Minusio. L’alloggio si trova a circa 150 metri di distanza dal lago. Con una breve passeggiata lungo la famosa stradina rossa di “Via alla Riva” potete raggiungere Muralto, Locarno, Tenero. A pochi passi vi è la presenza di supermercati come Coop e Migros. Zona blu (parcheggi pubblici) per quanto concerne i parcheggi, presente in zona ed a pagamento. Stazione del treno di Minusio a 300 metri dall’alloggio.

Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Casa Müsu è un grazioso piccolo rustico completamente rinnovato. Si trova ai piedi del pizzo Vogorno, a metà strada tra Locarno e le pozze della Verzasca a Lavertezzo e Brione. La prima camera è al secondo piano del corpo principale: ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda è a dieci metri da Casa Müsu: vi si accede con una scala esterna coperta e ha un letto matrimoniale (come in foto) o due letti singoli. Si può aggiungere un terzo lettino. Casa Müsu ha un posto auto privato.
