The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Located right by the Kaufungen Forest and with very good connections to the Documenta City of Kassel, from here you can access all the hiking and biking trails around Kaufungen and the surrounding area. In the evening, you can enjoy the magnificent sunset on the balcony, with a fantastic view of the natural surroundings.

The newly renovated, comfortable studio is on the ground floor of a traditional half-timbered house (Fachwerkhaus). It offers about 32.00 square meters of living / dining room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a small fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The studio can be occupied by 1-4 people. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure good lighting and an attractive view of the quiet, green garden, in which there is a separate seat that belongs to the studio.

The apartment is in a very quiet location in the countryside overlooking the Hercules. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach various shopping and trams towards the city center and Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. The studio can also be reached from Wilhelmshöhe train station in a few minutes by tram.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

The open kitchen is very new and modern and fully equipped for 5 people (dishes, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, ceramic stove, oven, etc.). The living area is equipped with a new large L-shaped sofa bed and provides sleeping facilities for 2 more people. The property has parking for two cars, or a car with a trailer.

Our manor with our animals: sheep, goats, ducks, chickens, cats and our dog Elli is only 5 km from the A7 / Malsfeld exit & yet in an absolutely secluded location in the middle of a nature reserve. You can use and explore our 20,000 m² lot. Not far from our farm you will find a unique vantage point. Here with us, the hare and fox say good night.
