The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

A cozy 70 sqm attic apartment above the rooftops of Sebnitz, the silk flower city, awaits you. The apartment has two bedrooms, a large living room, shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. In the newly furnished kitchen you will find a Miele dishwasher and even a Siemens washer-dryer next to the induction stove. You park your car directly in the free private parking space behind the house. 2 charging stations for your Tesla are next door.

Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

The Koboldhütte is a modern renovated apartment in a house from 1750. The ceiling height is, as was customary at the time, about 2 meters! If you have any questions, queries or requests, please do not hesitate to contact us personally. We live on the same property. Our front door is under the rear balcony.
