The location of the house - being close to so many amazing restaurants and markets, and its seclusion - being nestled among empty hillsides, makes it truly unique and special. The charming decor and homey-ness is unparalleled - already cannot wait to come back again!

Beautiful and thoughtful architect house. The spaces are pleasant to live in and the views are magnificent! What a pleasure to wake up or take a bath in front of nature! All in one of the charming villages of Le Perche. Communication has been seamless and efficient. I recommend

Anne's home was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean . It's a perfect spot for exploring Le Mans, with out being in the hussle and bustle of the city and this ensures you can get a good night's sleep. The breakfast facilities were spotlessly clean and the breakfast was good value for money. Excellent parking facilities just outside our house. Anne and Stephane are kind ,friendly, hospitable and helpful.

What a paradise! The charming house (a converted old barn) is tastefully and contemporary furnished. All modern comforts are available. The garden won our hearts: a green private valley with a view of a castle ruin. You have your own world here, you hear birds everywhere. Yet, within 1 minute, you can walk into the beautiful, small Lavardin, with its ancient streets. 5 minutes by bike and you are in the lively Montoire sur le Loir. The market offers plenty for foodies. The cottage has a great kitchen. We have had a holiday feeling for 2 weeks. Have read, walked and cycled. The house seems to us - given the available space and facilities - ideal for a couple or a small family. Playing outside should be wonderful for children. We found the landlords attentive, friendly and helpful. They are very quick to respond. Wendy: thank you for the pleasant communication and arranging a comfortable garden chair for my tall husband! The two of us would love to come back.

We had a lovely stay at this quiet, comfortable, and clean apartment. It was perfect for a quick stay during our road trip with convenient and free parking very close. We loved the peaceful outdoor seating area and the host was super quick to respond to questions. The flat was spotlessly clean and stocked with all essentials. We would definitely stay again!

It went very well. The space is quiet and welcoming. We had such a great time at the place. The key exchange was very nice with very nice people. and Émilie was very responsive to messages.

If Airbnb held a best host competition the Gilles would probably win it. Most airbnb are lockbox entry and exit with rarely any face to face contact this is where Gilles performs very well. If youwantaperfect placetostopen route south then pay him a visit, you will not be disappointed.

We had a great time at Pascal and Sandrine's place. The services offered were top-notch. A five out of five for the exceptional quality of the bedding. I would gladly recommend this cottage to all my loved ones. And of course, the little surprise on Sunday morning for breakfast. Thank you to Pascal and Sandrine for this pleasant weekend.

A wonderful family weekend in this fabulous place! There's nothing missing! The cottage is superb, the environment is perfect. This was the most beautiful Airbnb house I have ever rented – hands down. Dominique was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the entire stay felt like a pure vacation dream. The house is located in one of the most stunning regions I’ve ever seen – the landscape, the view, the garden, everything is just magical. The kitchen, the interior design, every little detail – it’s like stepping into another world. I’ve truly never seen anything this beautiful. As mentioned in the description, the pool was cold, but having a pool like this is such a gift – we used it every single day and loved it. Everything was simply perfect and dreamy. I can only recommend this place to everyone – and I’ll definitely come back!

Booked for a family weekend away, Accommodation meets our expectations. Very well equipped and ideal for a stay of 20 people. Everyone is there for both children and adults: swimming pool, billiards, ping pong, petanque court etc... moreover our host was very responsive following the breakdown of the dishwasher, he was immediately replaced. A place to recommend 👍🏻👍🏻

Absolutely stunning chateau and grounds! We felt at home straight away and were made very welcome. Access to all amenities and Chiara was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Our stay at Marianne and Frédéric's was superb, a timeless moment in a real haven of peace. The exteriors are beautiful and so soothing: beautiful flowers, the lake, the pool… everything was perfect! The recommended addresses were a great help and the breakfast was excellent. Thanks also to Frédéric for the visit to his space dedicated to photography, it was very interesting. We'll be back, that's for sure!

Very pleasant and relaxing stay at Mathilde and David's, we were awakened by the birdsong, lulled to sleep by the sound of nature. The pool was at the top of a sweetness at the exit always well maintained by David. And a special mention to the breakfast offered by Mathilde, which makes us start the day twice as well. I recommend it 100% for a total disconnection with the beautiful garden as well as the accommodation. The view of the mountains from the bedroom via a great private terrace at the accommodation was a real plus to extend the days with summer temperatures.

We had a great stay. The house is equipped with everything you need. Sandra and Paul have spent a lot of attention on all the details. We also got a complimentary bottle of wine, and all the other basics that you need such as coffee, cooking oil, butter and bread. We definitely recommend it!

We had a very good stay, the house is perfect, the decor very successful, we did not miss anything. And the location is ideal, in the heart of Bellême. We will come back and recommend it without hesitation!

The cottage is pleasantly decorated , and soothing. Coming for a short stay join family nearby , we only "tested" the bedding (excellent) and the bathroom (superb and functional). If the Kitchen is well equipped with appliances, crockery and utensils, as far as we are concerned we only use the coffee maker and the refrigerator (the change of which is announced because it has run its time). Come back? no problem if the opportunity arises

We had a great time. The setting is beautiful! We were looking for the calm of the countryside and we found it in this little corner of paradise overlooking the ponies. The accommodation is very clean, tastefully decorated, very good bedding. There's nothing to say, everything was perfect. Marlene is a great host, very friendly. She showed us her stud farm and we had a great time with her. We'll be happy to go back!
