Holiday rentals with a patio in Lombard Street Reservoir

We (5 of us) stayed in March for three days and the weather was beautiful. The unit has three bedrooms and three bathrooms on two floors. The master bathroom ensuite is really spacious and has a lovely soaker bathtub. There is a smallish kitchen that is serviceable for coffee, drinks and light meals. We did not try to cook anything else there and while the kitchen is fully equipped, it would be a bit tight if you wanted to do a lot of cooking. There is a nice dining room table and a living room, both of which can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. The unit was very clean on arrival and had the extras like irons, hair dryers etc. It is a well-maintained property. The unit is on the top two floors of the building and there are a couple of flights of stairs to navigate, not great for people with limited mobility. The view of SF bay and the Golden Gate Bridge from the unit is absolutely spectacular and makes every second in the unit breathtaking. Highly recommended.

Great clean and modern place. Excellent location and communication, entry, etc. There is quite a bit of street noise so ear plugs are a must, but it might not bother most people. I'm very sensitive.

Very clean, welcoming place. Alexander’s apartment was very comfortable for 3 adults, with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Alexander answered my questions super promptly, he is a great host. We highly recommend his place.

Ria was a phenomenal host. In addition to having a comfortable and clean place, she was super attentive. I stayed at her apartment for my wedding weekend and she went out of her way to add a few details to make our weekend extra special

The neighborhood was great, near the beach, stores and restaurants within walking distance. Paula was a great host. The beds were comfortable and towels and linens very clean. She was was very responsive and addressed our questions. The only thing I would have liked different is to have control of the heating/temperature of the private area of the house we had. Paula was very kind to turn the thermostat down without us requesting it, but not ideal since it is a central unit which controls the temperature of the entire house above where Paula lives and the place below where we stayed.

Mary’s place was very comfortable and homey, and Mary was extremely accommodating and communicative. Highly recommend if you would like a place to stay in the bay!

We love Maki's place! Quiet, comfortable & the dogs are a hoot. Maki is thoughtful, kind and generous. She helped us find a great ride to the airport, brought us ice when we arrived, and was available on site any time during our stay. The kitchen is beautifully appointed; we love to cook and every possible pan and utensil was available to us. In addition there was good salt and pepper on the counter and the one thing you can't stock for yourself while traveling, a fresh bottle of olive oil. The apartment is a 20-minute walk to the entrance to Golden Gate Park, where you enter (on 14th street) through the Rose Garden. Amazing stay. We're already booking again!

We arrived 5hrs later than expected due to a flight delay from Dublin. Mona came into welcome us and saw that we were exhausted after out 11 hour flight she dropped some food into us. Just the welcome you would hope for. They are excellent host. Thank you for your hospitality. Mags

We had a wonderful stay in Pacifica! The home was exactly as described—clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The location near the beach was perfect, with stunning cliffside views and the relaxing sound of the waves at night. It was such a peaceful getaway, and we truly wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Airy, comfortable and immaculate place. Watched surfers, seals, whales and birds everyday.

This is an absolute gem of a place nestled in the redwoods. So close to everything yet so far away from the typical city noises and commotion. House has everything you need to enjoy your stay and the hosts are extremely helpful and communicative. 15 min walk to downtown with amazing restaurants and shops. Close to Sausalito, Tiburon and SF. A tourist dream stay here with the Bay Area at your fingertips, or a wonderful staycation for locals. Look no further and worry not about your reservation or hosts. Parking can be a bit challenging with steep hills and narrow streets, but so worth negotiating this one small piece for the peace you will feel under a canopy of redwoods. Lots of space, clean, cozy fireplace, easy entry and has all you need in the kitchen to prepare your own meals if desired. Hosts were wonderful and highly recommend a stay here! Thank you!!

I stayed for 5 days to help my son move to San Francisco. We absolutely loved the neighborhood. Just steps away from all the great restaurants in little Italy and Chinatown. And a short walk down the hill to the financial district, embarcadero and downtown. The apartment was clean and easy access. I would definitely recommend.

Awesome space in a very versatile area. Wish I could have stayed longer because it was a great base for all the things I was looking to do in the area. Will stay again.

Above and beyond does not start to describe the time we had. John and Camellia were truly fantastic hosts. The location has some of the best views that I have ever seen, the neighborhood is both fun and safe. The area is removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown but everything you need is easily accessible. We truly had a wonderful time and could not recommend a better place to stay. Thank you both!

perfect spot - very cozy and loves the back yard

There were a few small issues upon arrival but thanks to the swift replies and good communication with the host they were resolved immediately. We loved our stay in the house. It was located outside the city center and easy to reach. We can only recommend !

My daughter and I just spent four nights at this outstanding Airbnb. The location is not to be beat, the outdoor living area is beyond phenomenal for San Francisco and the home is spacious and beautiful and well stocked. The area feels and is very safe and absolutely lovely. Was wonderful to have access to the cable cars right at the corner. Ray was so helpful and responsive and shared so much wonderful information. This was truly beyond our expectations and I highly recommend this wonderful place! Thank you to such amazing hosts for helping make our vacation all that much better!

Nice cozy place and good location.

The home was beautiful, clean, and relaxing to stay in! We also enjoyed the central location of the Mission, which had lots of fun things to do nearby. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect stay in Palo Alto! The place was very comfortable and spacious in a peaceful area and in walking distance from the town. We really enjoyed our time there and April and the team were super helpful and responsive to any questions or needs.

This unit is a real treasure. Every moment of being in this unit, returning to it, and departing from it felt like a gift. Easily my favorite unit I've ever stayed in. The surroundings and view are all extremely beautiful, peaceful and even healing. Logan and Stephany are excellent hosts who communicated well before I even arrived. They were helpful and responsive to all my questions. Some things I learned after staying here: - this unit is better if you don't arrive with a car as proper parking is expensive. - Getting groceries will make you feel like Ethan Hunt from Mission Impossible. But it's a lot of fun if you enjoy walking. - If you decide to go to the top of Coit tower, you can see some of this unit and the Greenwich steps from the tower. - Tourists regularly walk through the Greenwich steps and it was a real pleasure engaging with them as they did. - As if it the unit wasn't charming enough, hummingbirds can be seen flying through the gardens outside.

Ben's place was absolutely perfect. It was clean and all his art and decor is beautiful. Ben put out snacks on our arrival which was so lovely after a long travel day. As a former Mission resident I can attest the location is amazing you're close to everything in the Castro and the Mission. The bed and living area were perfectly comfy and Ben's work setup was great to work from while looking out on the neighborhood surrounded by plants. Was also delightful to be able to cook in a well equipped kitchen during our stay. Truly a home away from home, will definitely stay here again next time were in SF.

Nader, We love the Deco and the Vibes of the home. Toilet has heated seats and in-Built Bidet spray for your Ehem-ehems! Toaster,water boiler,many pans, oven, microwave, he has everything u need. I asked about Aircon🙈. We did. not need aircon as The weather is so nice and cold at Night (11degrees 13-18Jun). We loved that Nader is a responsive and responsible host. My 15yr old son had a home accident and broke a hanging light fixture at the dining area as he stood up. We informed Nader of the issue. Super-host asked "firstly, is your son okay? Does he need medical attention? I have a first aid kit in the home". Super-host Wins!!! (Inna haza larizkunna mallahu minnafad. C Simply outstanding in every way: this place is true class and comfort in the clouds. The two of us indulged in the glorious views for hours, and then stepped out to easily access San Francisco’s most famous neighborhoods. The penthouse could be the best way ever to love this city. Plus, the decor is amazing and the accommodations met all of our needs. We are so grateful to have spent some time here , and to our host for his ease of communication and hospitality.
