Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Long Beach

I stayed here with three colleagues and all of us slept extremely well (even the one on the couch). We made dinner in the kitchen and it was decently equipped to handle that. The porch was very nice and it was convenient for our purposes.

What a lovely beach getaway! Very comfy and relaxing… the ocean waves and frog choir at night made us want to sleep outside and the sheer diversity of morning birdsong was an absolute marvel! Everything was perfect and Jacqulyn is simply an outstanding host. Looking forward to our next visit soon!!!!

We were so impressed with the Octopus's Garden! There was lovely art everywhere, comfy beds and furniture, and a well-appointed kitchen. We especially appreciated the covered picnic table and firepit in the backyard (plus lawn chairs and cornhole!). We were sad that we didn't get to use the clamming station—next time, we'll be sure to come on a weekend when clamming is open.

The home is very cozy and well stocked. Internet was fast and reliable. The location was perfect walking distance to the town and beach. We had a great time.

We were completely mesmerized by the amazing views! The location was magical and the house carried a distinct sense of hospitality. Everything inside and outside the home was well thought of and provided complete comfort and relaxation. The Ocean House at Moclips is a gem on the airbnb platform!

Such a convenient location to explore the northern coast of Oregon. We loved going to the beach just down the street and the bakery right out the door. Just a note, cars speed down the road after the stop sign towards the beach. So you’ll hear a lot of traffic from that. Also, wouldn’t recommend the walk to the beach if you have kids because of that. Other than that, the beds were comfy and the house was relaxing with extra kid necessities that made it a great stay!

Our second visit to what is becoming an annual trip to Dan's. It's unpretentious and cozy. It feels lived in without being run down. Dan is quick to respond with any minor issue- as small as batteries in the TV remote. Parking could fit a 70s Cadillac, the beach is a short walk that even our toddler can manage and the back deck is a magnificent place to dry out in the sun. A sled or narrow cart is worth packing if you have lots of beach accessories.

If you’re looking for a place to stay and have tons of tabs open. Close them and book this place. It’s quiet and comfortable and cozy. Has everything you could need and more, including a very thoughtful and responsive host. Beds were comfy, fireplace worked well, lots of appliances and kitchen stuff, easy directions, no weird smells, lots of fun levels (stairs) within the house, awesome skylights… I could go on but you get the idea. The walk to be beach is a bit, and worth it. Such a perfect spot on the coast to chill and get away. 10/10 would totally recommend!!!

A very peaceful and family friendly place to call home for a few days. The unit was beautiful, very cozy and within walking distance to the beach. Our kids were very excited about all of the toys and movies, especially the Barbies and old Disney VCR tapes. Our host June was the best! She is super friendly, responds quickly, and had great recommendations within the local area. We felt so welcomed and we will be back for sure!

Paula was a wonderful host! Very helpful, responsive & a very cute place to stay in. Our dog had a blast & being so close to the beach was a plus! The local recommendations Paula provided were wonderful and gave us some places to visit we otherwise wouldn’t have. Would stay here again, highly recommend!

Good instructions, very responsive hosts. We only stayed one night before a day of fishing, so it fit the bill for us. Place was older, but clean and had everything we would need even for a longer stay. Close walk to Portway Tavern for food and Dutch Bros across the street if that's your thing. Would stay again.

Joyfully relaxing. Such an exceptionally cozy space. The Red House Roost is beyond words really. Warm, bright and colorful the interior is filled with character and whimsical art. Cozy furnishings and delightful kitchenette. Comfortable bed and linens. Sparkling clean. The views of the Columbia River and town are magnificent. Patti was always responsive and had great recommendations. We loved our stay here and will definitely come back to this gem overlooking Astoria.

This place was great! We rode bikes to everything, that was so nice! The house was well appointed, in a great location, clean and so cozy!

Ian’s condo looked exactly like the pictures! The view from the balcony and picture window were superb. Very clean, has everything you’d need. Like others have mentioned it is on the third floor (you are above the treetops - which is so fun!) and the parking is UP but nothing our run of the mill Ford Escape couldn’t handle… There is a Keurig, but no pods, so if you cannot function without first getting your coffee fix, you’ve been warned! BYOC! Enjoyed the sunsets a great deal and hiking around Cape Disappointment nearby.

Marie's place was the perfect place for a quiet weekend! The space was clean and well stocked. The kitchen specifically was very nice to make food in and had everything we needed. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Great area far enough away from downtown to have some privacy and quiet but close enough to walk everywhere.

We had a wonderful stay! The views from the living room and master bedroom were spectacular and the sound of the ocean lulled us to sleep. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and we had fun using the BBQ for an evening dinner. We will definitely be back!

Before check in to check out, it is obvious Linda’s Guests are important to her. She is thoughtful and kind in her communication. Professional and exceptionally responsive. This was a very important Birthday trip for my husband and we could not have been more spoiled by Linda. She takes great care in everything that is included in her home, for her guests. Everything you could want and many things you would not ever have thought of. The Kitchen WOW, Entertainment area, Beach Activities & Games, Bathroom items & Additional Sleeping Comfort to the MAX! Linda’s Home is Loaded like 3 Homes in 1. Everything is perfectly organized and CLEAN. Great care and pride is put into this home for her guests. Wonderful motivation to take good care of everything, like family. It was an honor to stay and we can’t wait to return again and again. Spectacular!

Great getaway spot! The beach was close by as described and the dogs loved the beach! House was clean and as described, instructions on where to park and what to do was easy to follow. Dogs parked themselves at the gas fireplace and stayed cozy while we set up a mobile office to work and enjoy the view.

We had a fantastic stay at this exceptional condo in Westport! The space was modern and spotless with beautiful ocean views. There were so many thoughtful touches that made our stay incredibly comfortable. From the cozy furnishings to the little extras (e.g. beach towels) everything felt thoughtfully prepared. The location was perfect with kids - just a short walk to the beach. We loved the complex's warm pools and hot tub - especially helpful in Washington's chilly spring weather. It was a short drive to downtown to get great food. It really felt like a true getaway. The host was communicative and quick to respond. Since we were the first guests of the season, they generously offered us an extra free day/early check-in—such a kind gesture. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a clean, modern, and relaxing escape in Westport. We’d love to return!

Loved Annie's place which was just steps away from the walkway to the beach. We also loved having access to the beach blankets and chairs, which would have been impossible to bring on an airplane. Also, loved that the AirBnB was made available to us as soon as the cleaning person was done. This made for an early check in as we had gotten to Seaside around the same time.... got us out onto the beach faster! This was the perfect place to unwind after a week of wedding activities in Oregon.

Spring’s place was very nice and looked even better than the photos. The view is incredible - we saw nice sunsets from the balcony. The condo itself was clean, nicely decorated, and felt homey. There was also an elevator which made it easy to bring our luggage in and out. We’d definitely recommend this place to all.

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! We have already shared this location with a friend. This condo was perfect for our 2 small dogs and we were able to cook a lot of our meals right there. The condo was very cute and extremely well stocked and clean. 10/10 would recommend!!!

This Airbnb was perfect for girls trip! It was a 2 min walk to the beach, the view was wonderful to wake up to every morning, it was right next to all the shops and Nancy was super responsive to all my questions. The only small things were that it was a bit difficult to open and close the balcony door, there was some pooling of water in the bathtub and the parking was a bit narrow for our large car. These were all super minor things though and would not stop us from staying again in the future
