Holiday rentals with beach access in Long Island

Cozy, well appointed apartment on a tranquil property in the woods. Short drive to the woods and to downtown Sag Harbor. All in all, a great pied-a-terre for our week in the Hamptons.

The place was clean and a good location with walking distance to many restaurants and grocery store.

this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. I will be back again. if you looking for an awsome place to stay look no futher!!! this is thr place to go!! this family is wonderfully and beautiful people. This listing was everything advertised and more. The location, various amenities, cleanliness, safety, location, host responsiveness and attentiveness were top notch! Our host made sure that communication was a top priority every step of the way. The host went above and beyond to provide a truly unique and memorable experience for me and my family. The space was exactly as described in the listing. Comfortable and clean, but not luxurious. Has everything you need for a short stay. I especially appreciated the free on-site parking spot. I would stay here again.

Dawn and Bob’s place is one of the top Airbnb’s we have stayed in! Top notch in every way. It was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. And on top of that Dawn and Bob were the most friendly hosts we have met! I would recommend this Airbnb without reservation and will be back whenever we are back in CT!

Beautiful apartment, nicer than the photos. Everything was fresh and clean and well-stocked.

The house was great for my family of five. We stayed there for my daughter's graduation at Stony Brook University, which was about 25 minutes away. All the grocery stores and restaurants were nearby, so there was no need to drive far. The beach is just a short walk from the house, and the kids enjoyed collecting beautiful rocks there. The house had everything we needed, so we did not have to contact John for anything. John was very responsive when I messaged him about my flight delay and even offered to extend our stay by several hours after our checkout time. Overall, we enjoyed this place and had a great time in Long Island.

The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything we wanted to explore. After long days out, it was so relaxing to return to such a cozy and comfortable space. Our stay was exceptional and the views truly breathtaking!!! The home was pristine and geared to spending quality time together as a family, which we appreciated greatly. We traveled with our son and his family. The 4yr old twins, loved spending time outdoors and in the private beach area. They even had a large container available to them filled with an assortment of items which they used to build sand castles with their parents. Communication with our host was outstanding. It was evident they went through great care to make their home welcoming. Nothing was needed, but we knew they were but a call away. There was plenty of information in a binder available to guests with an array of eateries. Being in the medical field cleanliness is key… and this definitely was vacation ready. So make your plans, pack your bags. It won’t disappoint.

My family of 4 (including a 2 and 6 year old) stayed at Chris’ place for two nights for a quick getaway for spring break. Chris was incredibly helpful, by providing suggestions for us/the kids on local attractions, and was quick to help us problem solve when we couldn’t find a blender attachment for our morning smoothies. The house is beautiful, well equipped (especially with kid-specific items (high chair, stroller, books), and he also provided some provisions for our stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you’re looking to stay in this area!

Truly one of a kind property. Relaxing, calm, extremely responsive and helpful host. If you are looking to get out of the city or just need some time away to think, look no further. 10/10.

My husband, our dogs, and I just returned home after spending a month at Sarah's house on Long Island. we truly didn't want to leave, it was so relaxing! The lousy May weather notwithstanding, the property was absolutely perfect for us. Everything was as described and we felt right at home. Sarah was super proactive/responsive. While we were only able to use the pool a couple of times (weather), it was great and the spa was awesome, especially in the evening under the pretty lights in the backyard! There were great spaces to work (hubby didn't have the full month off like I did) and to just chill. The house is located near many conveniences (I'm looking at you, Walmart) to pick up necessities and while we didn't cook for ourselves quite a bit, we were thrilled that unlike at home, the food delivery services were fast, reliable, and everything arrived at the perfect temperature! we can't say enough good things about our stay and will definitely be returning!

Met all of our needs to be close to family in the area for an event. It's very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The spiral staircase was steep and narrow, but we made it work. Thanks for a great overall stay!

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

We had a great time at Julie’s place. Would love to visit again…perhaps in the Fall. Loved the balcony overlooking the Sound. Julie was very responsive to my questions. She got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend Julie’s home!

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.

Fantastic weekend spent in Montauk! Close to everything. Matthew was quick to respond to my questions before we arrived. Would defiantly book again!
