The natural setting surrounding the house is lovely and private. The house itself was spotlessly clean and very well stocked with linens, towels, and kitchen tools and supplies. The beds are very comfortable and it's quiet for sleeping. We spent most of our time in the all-glass kitchen, which despite so-so weather felt like we were outside when inside - really special room. Chris was very easy to reach and communicative for anything we needed. We enjoyed a wonderful extended family weekend and would stay again!

My girlfriend and I had a great stay here. The place was cozy, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor area was the true highlight — from the spacious patio to the beautifully maintained landscaping, the property felt peaceful and private. There’s also a pool that looked amazing, even though we couldn’t enjoy it due to the weather. We had some trouble during check-in after a delayed flight and arrived around midnight, but the property owners were just a phone call away and quickly helped us get settled, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quiet, scenic place to unwind.

Jonathan and Amy were the perfect hosts. Super friendly and resourcesful. The property is beautiful and so peaceful which was perfect for our down time as we were in town for a three-day wedding. We enjoyed breakfast with the family of deer that live in the back field and so many beautiful birds. The apartment is so quaint, very clean and has everything that we needed. The beds were super comfortable. It was decorated to the age of the property which we loved! It was a great find and we highly recommend the apartment and will surely book again if ever in the area.

Everything was perfect for our girls weekend. This is the 3rd time we’ve used Laurie’s house and there’s obviously a reason we keep coming back. Can’t wait to go again.

We had an amazing time at Marybeth’s suite—it truly felt like a winter wonderland. Our kids had a blast "swimming" in the snow and "rolling" over the gentle hills. Every moment was filled with joy, whether we were relaxing in the sunroom, playing in the snow, or swinging outside. The time spent together as a family, along with our conversations with Marybeth and her family, was truly precious. We can’t wait to return in the summer!

We had a great time fishing and going to local farms! The hosts were great! They even got us some night crawlers and helped find a hat we left & ship it back!

Hi! The house was cute and convenient for our purposes. We were on a tight schedule so could not be there when the utilities could be explained to us which put us at an extreme disadvantage. It's a cute place to get away. Thanks for your hospitality.

We stayed for our honeymoon - long weekend and first time Hamptons visitors. Very clean, organized and cozy space with nice decorations. All amenities listed were available. We really enjoyed the hot tub and firepit, very peaceful and private area. You should have a car to get around to restaurants, shops, and other outdoor activities. Lots of areas were walking, bike, and scooter friendly. There were so many beautiful views of the water!! Would stay here again, great value.

Lisa was extremely kind and helpful before and throughout our stay. The house was beautiful and we had an awesome weekend in Warwick. Would definitely come back!

We spent six great weeks at Fabien and Christy's cottage while relocating to the area. We loved everything about our time there including the very comfortable bed and furniture and the well stocked kitchen. We were there during a very cold stretch and the house stayed warm and cozy. The wood burning stove was a fun treat on cold snowy days. Fabien and Christy were wonderful hosts making sure we had everything we needed and helped with information about the area. We spent a lot of time exploring the beautiful property with our dog. It's a very peaceful spot and still only a short drive to many towns with lots of great restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend Fabien and Christy's cottage to anyone looking for a short or long stay in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at the Floating Barn! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and uniquely decorated. Everything we needed was provided, including a fully stocked kitchen, pool towels, and fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect—quiet yet close enough to everything. We especially enjoyed the saltwater pool and guidebook recommendations, including Country View Farmstand (amazing pies)! Andrew and Elizabeth are incredibly responsive and made check-in seamless. You can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area and can’t wait to return!

Our stay here was wonderful! Clean, welcoming, and Justin was extremely kind. My young boys loved the dog, goats, and pond! Everything you could need or want was there. Bedroom was spacious enough to fit a pack-n-play for our youngest and both beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Beautifully decorated place with tons of personal touches and attention to detail. Great location to go explore the north and south fork from. But we’d also recommend coming just to stay at the cabin! Woke up to a little rabbit rolling around in the yard and the neighboring plot had a horse that was curious about our presence. Located close to train tracks but very quiet in practice.

Jacquelyn was very responsive, proactive, provided clear instructions and her place and linens were very clean! If you love farm animals, you’ll enjoy this place even more as she allows you to visit her farm.

We had a great time at Paul’s place with 8 adults and 5 kids. The beds were clean and comfy with plenty of pillows. The outside spaces are wonderful - for dinner, a fire, or an evening or morning sitting by the water. Having the marina with kayaks and paddle boards available was awesome. Everything is better than pictured, and the location provides so many options for things to do. Paul and Zach are a wealth of knowledge about the water and the area. Perfect house for a multigenerational family vacation!

A group of us stayed here for a wedding nearby. Durelle was super communicative and helpful the whole time we were there. We didn't get to spend much time there and due to the weather we didn't hang outside too much but the property was beautiful and seemed like a great place for a summer getaway with the pool & firepit

We had a marvelous stay with our friends and dogs. The location and grounds were perfect for getting to our daytime event and the Dragonfly Garden was serene for relaxing in the evening enjoying tasty delivered dinners. Thanks, Todd. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area!

Lavender Waves Farm was even better than we had imagined it. Beautiful accommodations in a beautiful setting. Really enjoyed watching the variety of animals on the farm, relaxing on the gazebo in the center of the Lavender fields, and choosing from the many excellent fresh seafood restaurants within 10-20 mins of the farm. Henry and his parents were terrific hosts. Overall, the perfect retreat for our 37th anniversary!
