Carriage House at 26 Pearl Street

There are 2 seperate suites for rent. These are not connected but both open up to a large, private terrace surrounded by gardens. Relax and enjoy the charms of downtown Mystic. Located on the historic property of Captain William Morgan, an 18th century sea captain, this private Carriage House is situated just a 1/4 block from downtown, in the heart of Mystic, but also quiet & secluded. The larger suite sleeps 3 with a king bed and smaller full size futon. The smaller suite has a king bed.

Welcome to this peaceful guest house in the country just two hours from NYC or Boston. Cook in, dine out, hike, go to the beaches, watch the sunset on the CT River, sit by the fire pit in the alpaca field or the adirondack chairs in the orchard, go for a bike ride through the hills of Lyme and across the river to Chester via the ferry... Bedroom #1 -Let the sun in!

This is a private room located on the 3rd floor where you can relax and be at peace. This room accommodates 2 guests and has a queen size bed. ($45 for first guest and $35 for 1 additional guest) No parties, gatherings or smoking in the units. There is one camera located in the common area and at the main entrance. NO SHOES INSIDE OF THE UNIT! IMPORTANT: UNREGISTERED GUESTS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED! ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!

Super Cute & Cozy Apartment in Downtown Mystic!

Live large in a small space! This lovely little one bedroom apartment in downtown Mystic packs a surprisingly big punch for its size and is walkable to almost everywhere! The Seaport, the drawbridge, the Amtrak Station are all less than a ten minute walk away. Well-behaved pets are welcome for a $60 fee. Onsite laundry is available in the garage by request.
