Very nice stay , beautifully located with many hiking opportunities. The house was fine, clean and spacious. With our group of 18 people, everyone had a spacious room and plenty of space. enough sanitary areas so that everyone has enough privacy. The common areas (kitchen and sitting area) were also spacious and equipped with everything needed. We had a lovely vacation. Despite the little snow, we were still able to ski for a few days (Feldberg is half an hour) and in addition, the area is fantastic for hiking. A trip to the swimming paradise in Titisee made the holiday complete.

Great place with beautiful surroundings! It's definitely worth the visit to Herrischried! Great Butcher shop and Edeka nearby. Recommended are the walks in the fields, the Scluchasee and the Black forest Line in Todnau, just 30 min by car.

It was the perfect getaway. The area is incredibly beautiful. We loved the apartment, it was clean and cozy, we could cook and had a lot of space. We were able to buy local wine from the family at the winery, which tastes wonderful. Thank you for the lovely stay!

We stayed 3 nights at Maison Gatsby as a family of 6. Yannick was the perfect host, very responsive before our arrival to messages, and took plenty of time to show us everything in the house. The house itself is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Yannick has clearly taken time and care to decorate the house and it is finished to an exceptionally high standard. Our departure was very straightforward and Yannick was very flexible with check out. We cannot recommend highly enough as a host, or Maison Gatsby as accommodation and our stay was excellent from start to finish! If we ever find ourselves travelling back to the area, we will definitely look at Maison Gatsby first!

The house is fantastic! It is tastefully decorated and fully equipped for a family of 7 people as was our case. You can see that everything is taken care of down to the details. The location is perfect for visiting many interesting sites around Basel, from the Le Corbusier chapel in Le Ronchamp to Zurich, Lucerne, the villages of Alsace and Strasbourg. It also has a supermarket and a pharmacy within a 5-minute walk and the area is super quiet, ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing. We definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to get to know this area!!!

We were a family of 11 people of all ages staying for one week. The house was great for us to stay in - large space to eat together but also enough room that we weren't all on top of each other. The garden was a big hit - table tennis, swing, petanque all meant the children had lots to do. We ate outside mostly which was really nice. Great location and the Vosges mountains are really beautiful.

We had some cold days with rain during our week. That was also a reason to book this house. With nice weather, it is great to stay outside in the garden with the terraces and when it rains there is plenty to do inside with lots of space and freedom if you go with two families. Frank responds very quickly and friendly. Everything was clean. The description is what it is! There is plenty to do nearby and within an hour's drive through the beautiful Black Forest, there is plenty to do. Beautiful lakes, zoo, beautiful villages, cable cars to go up on the mountains. Very nice!

We were a family of 13. The house is beautiful, very large and also offers a lot of space outside. For our children, the pool and whirlpool were the big highlight. There is also a gas grill, which was big enough for us. The kitchen is generously furnished and at the large dining table (inside and outside) we had plenty of space. Beds are very comfortable. You just have to note that a bedroom does not have its own access, i.e. you have to go through another room. That was no problem for our family. We had some questions for the landlord. He always responded very quickly and to our complete satisfaction. With our 4 cars, we had enough space in front of the house. It has two bathrooms. With a little planning, however, we managed to get past each other. In short: We liked it very much and I would immediately book this house again with such a large group. My family of 11 people stayed for 5 days in this beautiful villa. The pictures are representative of the very spacious rooms and facility . The villa is old but really charming with a big garden. Everything was very clean (not easy in such a big space) and the kitchen and living room are really well equipped for cooking and having dinner in a big group. The area is definitely my favorite in Basel: walk dostance to the rhein river, quite but also surrounded by many restaurants and bars in 5-10’ walk. Dan and hid team were very reactive while contacted for questions. The 2 parking in the garage are also super useful considering that in Basel is very difficult to find a parking to park in the street. Definitely recommended for big groups!!

Kamal was very friendly he introduced us the villa very well I would recommend it to anyone the pool is very clean and good temperature 34 degrees we were 5 my family and 3 children it was really great fun if you didn't rent this villa you missed something in your life

Our stay at the house met all our expectations, and we had a great time with friends. Communication with Yassine was super uncomplicated and fast. The small baker in the village is within walking distance and offers delicious croissants and baguettes for a nice breakfast. We would definitely come back! :)

the house was just what we wanted clean, comfortable, in a quiet place and within walking distance of a supermarket 5 mins walk, and the cafe am see a few minutes away also the center of schulchee 10 mins walk away. The hosts Jan & Tine were very responsive to any queries that we had, the only slight problem which for us but was not an issue, was with the TV runs of of an apple box and it wouldn't connect to the signal which was not a problem for us, the WiFi worked well other than that nothing everything was great. I would recommend staying here if you are on a hiking vacation like us it central to a lot of good hikes and varied scenery. a very good relaxing stay.

The château offered us everything for an enjoyable family reunion. In the large kitchen we were able to cook together, enjoy the aperitif in the salon and dinner in the large dining room. The garden and pool are very nice. The playroom was also well received by the youngest.

Thomas is a very friendly person and always available if necessary. Her home is beautiful and the pool in the garden is really ideal for children and pleasant in the summer. We highly recommend this listing!

A beautiful house, comfortable and with an excellent situation to visit Alsace. Bonito jardin for dinners or meals, spacious for children to play and the perfect pool. Strasbourg, colmar, fribourg, europa park all less than an hour by car.

We had a great time with the family thanks to a thoughtful host who recommended a great restaurant and arranged us well thanks to his crib! The accommodation is large, brand new it feels comfortable and the outside is a real plus! We recommend it without hesitation!
