Beachfront holiday rental in Los Cristianos

appartement très bien équipé, très propre, avec une vue imprenable. La place de parking est un plus non négligeable. la localisation permet de rayonner facilement sur toute l île. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. merci à Dahiana pour ses explications très claires pour trouver l appartement et sa réactivité à nos questions .

Mein erstes Mal mit einem Van unterwegs und es war Super! Es ist zwar schon ein etwas älteres Modell aber es erfüllt seinen Zweck! Genug Power um jeden Berg hochzukommen. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen und mich direkt wohl gefühlt. Es ist so ziemlich alles drin was man braucht. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist meiner Meinung nach Top! Danke für diese tolle Erfahrung!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit einer tollen Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Bucht von El Médano! Wir kommen gern wieder!!

We have just returned from a week staying at this property. From initial enquiry - check out Ruth was very friendly , helpful and available if needed. Ahead of going we received clear video instructions for collecting the key / entering the property and information about the apartment itself. As well as links to local attractions/ restaurants. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood with views of the mountain. It was a clean place with all the things you would need for a stay. Even little pots of olive oil which came in very handy ! The building has a lift which is very helpful especially with cases. Ruth recommended we took a taxi to the apartment as it's a bit hard going with cases. We took a bus and she was right it was a bit of a hill arriving but the bus stop is just a few mins away which is very convenient from the airport. It also was only 10-15 mins walk to the beach / shops and restaurants. We also particularly enjoyed the restaurant "k-vegan" which was local !

Der Check-in war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Apartement ist modern und hell eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich sehr wohl. Ausgestattet ist es mit allem was man rund um einen Strandurlaub benötigt (auch Strandhandtücher!). Sehr positiv fanden wir, dass kleine alltägliche Dinge (Zucker, Salz, Waschmittel etc.) vorhanden waren und dass wir zwei Schlüssel bekamen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

From the minute I paid for the booking and my initial contact with Julio, I must say Julio replied quickly & comprehensively to my messages👌 The apartment was perfect for my mother (82years old), she felt safe and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, as well as access to the pool was so easy being on the same floor👌 For me the location was perfect to cycle from, secure area and a perfect base to discover the delights of the south of the island All in all a perfect 5 days for us both- Thank you very much Julio - we’ll be back🤩

We had a wonderful holiday staying at this apartment. The location was perfect. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Miguel was very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable—right in front of Las Vistas, the best beach on the island. The view from the apartment is beautiful, and there are plenty of great restaurants just steps away. The host was super responsive, friendly, and made everything easy. Highly recommended!

Great apartment. The view is amazing and Olga was really helpful and help as beyond expectations. In the apartment is everything. What we needed for us. Close to the beach and easy to get there. One small minus was the bed. Little bit hard for us.

Fijne plek op een centrale locatie. Alles goed beloopbaar. Appartement netjes en voldoet aan de beschrijving. Communicatie rond in en uitchecken verliep soepel. Enige wat voor ons jammer was is dat de slaapbank eigenlijk niet geschikt is voor 2 volwassenen en het bed op de eerste etage was veel te hard waardoor we de hele week rugklachten hebben gehad.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le logement est très confortable, la terrasse bien agréable avec vue sur la baie Les accès à pied par les escaliers permettent d’accéder aux bord de mer très rapidement sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture La cuisine est très bien équipée et la salle de bain très fonctionnelle Pour faire le nettoyage il serait pratique d’avoir un aspirateur, mais à part ça rien à redire. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben! Einfach top! Grandiose Aussicht, wunderschöne Einrichtung und sehr ruhig. Der Check-In war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit Migle war äußerst höflich und schnelle Reaktionen. Wir würden das immer weiterempfehlen und kommen immer gerne wieder. 😊

I had a lovely stay at this property in Playa de las Américas. The location was perfect – close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and everything else you might need. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. Communication with the host was easy and they were always helpful and responsive. It was a great base for exploring the area and I’d happily stay again. Highly recommended!

Het huis is zeer ruim te noemen!! Op elke verdieping een terras of balkon!! Alles is aanwezig. Het zwembad op het terrein is ook prima!! Restaurants zijn op loopafstand. Vrij uitzicht op de berg, waar je ook een mooie wandeling kan maken!!

Marian is an exceptional host and her home is an extension of her in every way! The space was well equipped and incredibly clean. You can definitely tell she has thought about everything down to the last detail to give a very home from home feel. Two of our guests were staying on the sofa bed, which she kindly had prepared for us ready for our stay, they found it incredibly comfortable. The location was very central and gave us easy access to lots of shops, restaurants and the sea front. We particularly enjoyed our time on the private roof terrace, which harboured great views at all times of the day! Marian met us to check us in and show us around the apartment, which made it a very smooth experience. She even extended her hospitality to allow us to stay a little longer on check out day as our flight was later in the evening. It made all the difference to our holiday. All in all a lovely host and a lovely home and would highly recommend staying if you have the chance We will be back

I would give 11/10. Tullio is a representation of what a good host should be like. He is super responsive + he picked me up and drove me back to the airport. The place is great, everything you need it’s a there. Location is super central, few minutes from the first beach. Thanks for everything Tullio, greetings from Paris!

Soggiorno perfetto! L'appartamento è in una posizione comodissima, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Los Cristianos e dalla spiaggia. Tutto l’occorrente era disponibile in casa, dalla cucina ben attrezzata alla biancheria. Apprezzata anche la reattività di Eduardo, sempre disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

War eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die Gastgeberin war stets zu erreichen und war zuvorkommend. Wäschewechsel + Handtücher war theoretisch kein Problem. Wohnung war sehr clean. Es gab ansonsten keine Vorkommnisse, der Balkon ist aufgrund der Straße etwas lautstark, jedoch ruhig, wenn man alle Türen schließt. Die Promenade ist fußläufig in 3-4min erreichbar. Als Fazit würde ich sagen, war alles gut - sehr gut und würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

A great place I stayed at for slightly over three weeks for wokration. Its great location is perfect for such activity - the beach with restaurants and shops are in walking distance: for example, the beach is only two-three minutes away, which is perfect because you can have a swim before the first work meeting in the morning 😀 The only bit that I’d highly recommend to fix is the bathroom: its shower corner is covered by mold and the paint on the ceiling is peeling and flocking off. Additionally, I’d suggest to upgrade the internet connection plan and router to increase the bandwidth from 50mbps to at least 100mbps and get a better router to use ensure stable connection of 3+ devices. Apart from that, everything was great - I highly recommend the flat!

Très bon séjour passé a Los Christianos. Beaucoup de restaurants et d’activités à proximité. Petit avertissement pour ne pas faire la même erreur que nous, la porte se verrouille automatiquement, il faut obligatoirement avoir la clé sur vous sinon un serrurier vous sera facturé (ce qui est normal mais pas indiqué dans l’annonce)

Hele fijne vakantie gehad. Wij zijn hier twee weken geweest. We werden super ontvangen , werden zelfs opgehaald bij de auto door Willy. Hij stond erop op mijn koffer te dragen tot aan het appartement. Woning is gewoonweg top. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Balkon met super uitzicht. Slaapkamers zijn erg rustig. Appartement was heel schoon en er stond zelfs een welkomstdrankje klaar. Gewoonweg topvakantie gehad!!!
