The interior is Modern, uncluttered. There is some white noise from Hwy. 5 (our "babbling brook") in the studios private yard, none in the studio. Great for 2, 3 is cozy, 4 tight.

Living room has a convertible chaise/sofabed that sleeps two . . The sumptuous bathroom feature vintage tile a huge bath tub and shower. Kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and everything needed for dining at home.

Modern Studio in Central Silverlake

Modern, private, 375 square foot studio in the heart of Silverlake. Located on the lower level of a 1937 bungalow home, this bright and newly renovated space has a private entry which opens out onto a patio with a beautiful chinese elm tree, a hammock, and outdoor seating areas. The space has a queen sized bed from Modernica, a kitchenette and bathroom tiled with Heath Ceramic, and many other designer finishes. A twin bed can be added for couples traveling with a child.

Cozy Spanish Sanctuary Great Energy

The space is cozy and bright. Its placement at the top of the hill makes it feel like you're in a tree house. It's a great place to lounge around or get some work done. Open all the windows and let the breeze flow right through the tree tops and into the house. You get the whole house! Two bedrooms and 1 bath. Washer and dryer are downstairs. There are a lot of stone steps to get up to the house. It's a bit of a workout to some people, but well worth it!

SilverLake Hillside Spacious Guest Apartment

Our spacious one bedroom guest apartment locates separately on ground floor of our home in Silver Lake. There's big bedroom with queen size bed , big bathroom with shower/bathtub, hallway with entrance door to the street, fully equipped eating area but no kitchen sink/stove. Parking is free at curb. Most suitable for guests who just need a comfy place to sleep. We currently HOST ONLY ONE GUEST. Pls kindly read through our rules before booking.

The second bedroom is automatically available when the house is booked for over 2 guests. The house features a private entrance and exclusive use of the backyard and pool.
