Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Los Feliz, Los Angeles

I loved my stay here at Mary’s place, and especially enjoyed spending time on the deck enjoying the sunset. Mary was a kind and courteous host and her space is private, comfortable and has everything you need to cook if desired. My only con is that you can hear the upstairs neighbor walking around quite loudly, and sometimes very late at night. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise, a perfect location to relax and explore the city, especially close to Atwater Village, Los Feliz, Highland Park and Echo Park.

Charlotte’s place was super cute and so peaceful. We loved the outdoor area. It did not feel like we were in the heart of LA. The host was great, very good communication . Great stay, I would recommand it.

Overall a hassle-free stay. At check-in AJ was very responsive to my questions and there were no issues. The location is perfect, in the middle of all the action. Definitely a plus with parking included. The apartment was clean and spacious. If there were a coffee maker and more hooks in the bathroom the amenities department would've been perfect, but they did not affect the overall stay. The really big patio that faces south is a big plus, you can get your tan without going to the beach. I would totally recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to book!

Stay was great. Felt right at home. Make sure you follow the check in details correctly. Felt a little uneasy at first but became comfortable once you settle in. Great location. Walking distance to LA live. Will return!

this lil place was just perfect for our week-long stay! from before the start of our stay to the end, jane was very kind and proactive. she sent check-in instructions before our official check-in, providing detailed steps on how to get into the building/apartment. the instructions were so easy to follow! also, this lil place was in the perfect location to walk to a bunch of places nearby. while we were here we went to universal, disneyland, and the santa monica pier, all of which were relatively closeby. i would def recommend this place for a couple or duo who's looking to stay in l.a.

We had a wonderful time staying at Nishi’s place. The neighborhood was gorgeous and very convenient — within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and hiking trails. And a short drive away from major attractions. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious (I’d say the apartment itself looked even nicer than the pictures), with many nice amenities. Absolutely recommend for anyone visiting LA!

Daisy’s Yeehaw Suite was the perfect spot for my weekend away! I was traveling alone and felt very safe. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen came in handy for my stay. I walked down to Atwater Village every day to get coffee and food and walk the shops. The Farmers Market on Sunday was a cute bonus to staying in the area. Daisy was very responsive when we communicated and incredibly nice. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in LA!

The house was lovely and well cared for. Very comfortable, close by a lot of activities and just an all around charming neighborhood. Very communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

This is our second stay at Brian’s place, this time for a few weeks. The view and peaceful outdoors is spectacular and lush, and it was easy to feel at home in the cozy living spaces. Brian was again an awesome communicator and super kind!

I spent 3 nights at Melissa's place with my wife, my daughter and my 14 month old grandson. It was everything that we expected and more. The house was perfect for us. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bedrooms were well laid out and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice having 2 bathrooms, both with showers and one with a bathtub as well. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more!) We loved the neighborhood! It was so convenient for walking for everything we needed. There were quite a few choices for coffee shops in the morning and lots of great restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful take out dinner from Pine and Crane. Melissa was a great host and we would love to stay at her place again! -Peter

My daughter, husband and I had such an amazing stay! The house was clean, comfortable and the backyard set-up is ideal. Communication with the host was always quick and easy. We can't wait to come back!

We needed a place to stay close to our daughter's home in Atwater Village, and Jennifer's house was ideal. It was a short walk away through the beautiful neighborhood. If you're looking for a super-slick ultra-modern experience, this wouldn't be the right choice for you, but if you appreciate being in a historical home in a historical neighborhood that feels warm and comfortable, you couldn't do better.

Terrific place that was comfortable, neat, quiet, clean and walk-able. I chose it for its proximity to my son + daughter-in-law and was delightfully pleased with how comfortable and easy it was to feel "at home." Also, Los Feliz has a lot of restaurants, markets, coffee-places, and even a good cinema within walking distance. Lastly, when I had trouble opening the Lock-box, the owner immediately texted me back and remained within communication, making sure I could open the Lock-box and access the key to the house. This was very, very appreciated.

Great place - kitchen was well equipped- new pots/ pans / nice dishes and glassware and plenty of! Bedrooms very comfy beds and linens . Great breeze and when needed, air conditioning worked great. Beautiful outdoor seating as well ! This area of silver lake is close to everything but the house is on a very quiet street / easy parking as well .

Shannon and Raphael’s place is amazing. Looks just like the photos, and is a little more spacious than I imagined. Immaculately clean, and stocked with all the right things. They are very communicative and wonderfully helpful hosts. The neighborhood felt pretty quiet, relative to how close it is to the main road - just be sure not to leave valuables in your car! It is LA, after all.

Felt right at home! Will definitely stay again

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends
