We had a fantastic time at this beautiful and spacious house in Tenerife. The ocean view is breathtaking, and the peaceful setting made it easy to relax. The house is clean, very well equipped, and has plenty of room to enjoy. We especially loved the great pool and the outdoor kitchen – perfect for relaxing days and evening meals. Carlos was such a kind and helpful host – we felt truly welcome. Highly recommend, and we’d love to come back!

Situation exceptionnelle : vue sur l océan, la côte et El Teide ; le calme absolu! Nous avons très bien accueilli dans ce logement 5 etoiles qui ne manque de rien et cette résidence magnifique entourée de belle villa avec sa piscine et son jardin qui aspire au farniente!

The villa was amazing. I'm always nervous when I see places like this online as you never know if the photos are old/accurate/clever angles and lighting etc. All I can say is the photos didn't do the villa justice. It is even better in the flesh! BEAUTIFUL villa with heated pool, amazing BBQ with fridge/hob/sink etc, 2 x patios with dining tables - one by BBQ and one on first floor near kitchen, another patio by the pool and a balcony off the master bedroom. Sea view. Seriously, what's not to love? It is not in the centre of town so it was peaceful lying by the pool but everything seemed to be within 10-15 mins drive. I don't usually write reviews online but this place definitely deserves it! Wonderful!

Had a lovely stay here! Beautiful house with lots of space and all the necessities. The pool was very nice to have as it was warm and sunny. The bedrooms were spacious and so was the living room and kitchen. The host was super responsive and nice which is always a plus. The city center is only a 10min carride away so plenty of stuff to do while still staying at a private house with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend this place!

We’ve just returned from a wonderful week at Daniela’s place in Los Cristianos. The house is absolutely lovely—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with modern, high-quality appliances and furniture. The pool was perfect for our family, and the showers were truly amazing—we’re going to miss those! The mattresses were very comfortable, though we did find the lack of supportive pillows a bit challenging for getting a good night’s sleep. There were plenty of scatter cushions, but not enough standard pillows with proper support. We also noticed a visible presence of homeless individuals in the surrounding area, which made us feel slightly uneasy at times. That said, the property is secure with locked gates and security cameras, which added peace of mind. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Daniela’s place to others looking for a stylish and comfortable home base in Los Cristianos.

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung, war in sehr gutem Zustand und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. Etwas beschwerlich war es, die Wohnung zu finden bzw. zu erreichen, da man hierfür einige Treppen überwinden muss, was mit Koffern nicht leicht fällt. Für ältere Menschen, denen die Kraft zum Koffer tragen fehlt oder die Knieprobleme haben, ist die Wohnung daher leider ungeeignet. Für alle anderen, die etwas Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit wünschen, ist sie sehr zu empfehlen. Der Pool ist sehr schön, aber nicht beheizt. Ein Auto ist sehr empfehlenswert, da San Andrés sehr abgeschieden liegt. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt und die gute Gastgeberschaft!

We had a fabulous relaxing week in the villa, despite a few windy and rainy days. The place was in a stunning location in a private road, views across the sea at sunset were fabulous. Lots of different outdoor space areas, plenty of outdoor tables, chairs and loungers. Walking distance to los Gigantes. Inside was very spacious with everything you could possibly want including a fully stocked spice cupboard. Andrea was very responsive and facilitated all our requests quickly.

Anna und Andrey waren äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Das Appartement könnte zwar an einigen Stellen eine Renovierung vertragen aber insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top. Die Aussicht von der Dachterasse und den Balkonen ist atemberaubend. Der Außenbereich mit kleinem Garten, Pool, Außendusche, Sitzecke und Gasgrill lässt keine Wünsche offen und in der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Von der Unterkunft aus gelangt man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten in die Innenstadt von Puerto de la Cruz. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns im Übrigen über die von den Gastgebern bereitgestellte Grundausstattung an Wein, Snacks, frischem Obst und Nahrungsmitteln. Insgesamt ein rundes Erlebnis, aufmerksame Gastgeber und eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Vielen Dank!

Just returned from a wonderful 7 night stay at Richard’s villa for my 50th birthday. There was 9 of us in total and more than enough space for everyone. The pool and hot tub were great. The new added kitchen downstairs is a definite bonus. We loved the outdoor dining space and spent a lot of time here. You do need to get taxis down to the beach area but Richard recommended Norman’s taxis and they were very reliable. Richard, Kelly and Ben were all very responsive with anything we needed. Thanks all for making our stay perfect As a previous review stated I would probably hire a car next time, just to make it easier for shopping but we did manage perfectly well without one. Would definitely recommend staying here

Petra's delightful home was perfect for our three generation holiday.-very well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, huge wardrobes with plentiful hangers, full sized cot, 2 high chairs, plenty bathrooms. The garden was huge -lots of seating areas and the pool was lovely and warm. It is as green as the photographs, full of birdsong, completely enclosed and private so very safe for kids. The house is only a few minutes drive from all facilities. The Rosa Center at Playa Paraiso has free parking, supermarket, shops & restaurants, play facilities for kids and good coffee. The beach at Callao Salvaje is even closer with umbrellas, restaurant, bar and part time lifeguard. Again free parking and good shopping nearby. Petra met us on arrival to show us round and kept in touch to ensure we had everything we needed-even from her hospital bed following an accident! The checkout was a helpful midday, with her niece arriving to collect the keys. A most relaxing, happy holiday.

The 5 star reviews are spot on.....though we are tempted to leave a 1 star review to put people off from discovering this wonderful villa so we can return to stay again more easily! Ana Maria and Fran were so helpful and the villa is truly amazing. A huge space for up to 16 people so perfect for a big family gathering (we were there for a birthday party; Fran found us a brilliant Cuban/Latin American 3 piece band to entertain us and he made us a huge delicious paella and selection of tapas). The villa is so quiet yet very close to Puerto de Cruz and with breathtaking views of the ocean and Teide volcano. You do need a car to get around.

José est très réactif, très serviable et n'hésite pas à nous recommander et nous conseiller sur les activités de L'île. tout est inclus et compris dans la prestation. je recommande vivement.

Great apartment everything is as described almost felt too good to be true, very secure at night, the host was friendly and was open to a later check out as well as holding our luggage until nearer the flight as no guests were due after our stay. 10/10 couldn’t recommend enough and I’d be looking to book again later in the year. Vi var mycket nöjda med vår vistelse. Ett fantastiskt hus; rent, rymligt och mycket vackert inrett. Huset är högt beläget med fantastisk utsikt över bergen och havet. Från de generösa balkongerna får du uppleva både soluppgången och solnedgången. Värdparet var mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma. Jag rekommenderar verkligen detta boendet!

A haven in paradise! The villa was well arranged, clean, and spacious. Our host Jamie was easy to communicate with, attentive and helpful which made our stay very comfortable. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, including lots of entertainment options for us to enjoy. Convenient location to top it off, overall a 5* experience I would highly recommend - if we are ever in the area again this would be our top choice!

This was my second time staying at this beautiful villa in Tenerife and it was just as amazing as I remembered. The place is spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The views are stunning, and everything you need is close by. I already can’t wait to come back again!!!

We had a very relaxing weeks stay at this modern home. The outdoor area made our stay, with the lovely large pool, football goals, hammocks and multiple spaces to sit and relax in the sun. The house itself is great too with a good amount of space and the availability of toys was an added bonus for the kids. It didn't detract from our stay but a minor thing would be having more dining chairs (there were 4) and some more smaller bowls and glassware available. The area is residential and away from the tourist areas which we did not mind as it was more peaceful, so a car is needed. There is a cockerel next door which the kids found quite entertaining. Good beaches etc are a 10 min drive away and parking is very easy to find. Olga is very friendly and helpful, thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful villa in a lovely location. Puerto de la Cruz is on the Northern side of Tenerife, a little removed from the holiday hubs of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. Given we had stayed in those previously we thought to try somewhere a little different. We were very pleased with the villa, the location is scenic and private, yet close enough to the (black sand) beaches of Puerto de la Cruz which also has nice tourist friendly restaurants and bars. The only small negative for us was that the weather on the Northern side is cooler and wetter than on the South side of the island and this was exacerbated by Storm Olivier that came through the island during our stay. Of course bad weather can happen and is the luck of the draw. But you are more likely to get good weather early in the season if you stick to the better known tourist hubs on the South side. Overall very good, and a positive mention to Beatriz who was very helpful and easy to contact.

Loved our stay in Arona! Noelia was an excellent host, very helpful and quick to respond to any messages. The villa was beautiful and we immediately felt at home as soon as we arrived. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing trip or as a great base to explore Tenerife!

Beautiful house in a private neighbourhood. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We would have liked some basics included like salt/ pepper/ oil/ foil but there was kitchen roll, toilet roll, shower gel & washing up liquid. A car is useful although it is very possible to walk down to the main road to catch the bus. Luisa was outstanding she was very helpful

Ein super Haus, Lage, Ausblick, Ausstattung, Ruhe & Pool ganz klar 10/10 Wir waren nur zu Zweit, haben es aber sehr genossen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Von fast jedem Zimmer eine super Aussicht auf Los Gigantes und das Meer. Sehr herzliche Begrüßung durch Janie und auch sehr schnelle Antwort, auf Rückfragen. Der Pool perfekt und auch unbeheizt ( haben wir nicht gewollt) sehr gut für eine Erfrischung! Absolute Ruhe - nur die Möwen machen Abends witzige Geräusche. Wir waren auch tauchen mit Diving Angels - sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben wirklich nichts zu bemängeln! Das einzige worauf man aufpassen muss - nichts Süsses oder Essbares rum stehen lassen, wegen kleiner Ameisen. Das ist aber aus meiner Sicht normal im Süden und in der Wärme. Es steht sogar eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung top - kein Stress mit der Wäsche zu Hause :-) Wir werden alles vermissen, besonders die vielen unvergesslichen Sonnenuntergänge! Danke auch für den Wein & den herzlichen Empfang!

Manuel ist ein excellenter Gastgeber. Beim Empfang war alles perfekt vorbereitet, so dass wir uns gleich wie zu Hause fühlten. Eine umfangreiche Liste von Manuel mit Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants hat uns die Auswahl erleichtert. Aber meistens haben wir auf dem Grill auf der Terrasse Fisch und Fleisch zubereitet. Wenn wir eine Frage hatten, stand Manuel sofort bereit um uns weiter zu helfen. Wir können Manuel und seine Villa bestens empfehlen.
