Located near the Sarthe River, in an authentic countryside setting, 5 km from the city center of Sablé-sur-Sarthe, the site has a long historical past. From a fortified farm, the site became a Logis with the addition of a chapel in the 17th century, a dovecote in the 18th century and agricultural buildings in the 19th century which transformed it into a small farm. With an area of 43 m² on 1 level, the Pasteur gîte can accommodate 4 people maximum and is equipped for PRM.

The house has 2 bedrooms, living room with wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and bathtub. Terrace, large garden. All linens are provided. Bath towels are extra: €3 per person.

Calm but not isolated with the villages of Bazouges and Cré sur le Loir at 1 min and the town of La Flèche and its famous Zoo at 10 min only. Peace and change of scenery guaranteed! Fishing equipment on request, boat, barbecue, hammock, etc. Canoe kayak (2 adults/1 child max) optional for a fee.
