This cozy 16m² room features an individual en-suite bathroom, a sitting area/desk, and a private 18m² terrace, offering the charm of an attic-style room. The large wooden terrace, located on the upper floor, provides a privileged view of the lush countryside. Equipped with chairs, tables, and loungers, the terrace becomes a true living space during the warmer days. Bedding and towels are provided. You have a bedroom upstairs, 160 x 200 bed with reserved access to the bathroom. Veranda or kitchen to have your coffee, tea, etc. Private garden and parking, garage for motorcycle. Possibility to charge your vehicle on 3KW wallbox (additional charge) Spoken languages: French, English.

We rent a totally independent space, consisting of 2 bedrooms, a sitting area, in our house in the countryside. Close to Le Mans, the place is ideal for a family with children, a couple of friends, business trips or a stopover on the way to vacation: 10 min from A11 exit, 20 min from 24-hour circuit, 45 min from Laval, 4.5 hours from Calais. Secure parking on the property. You can also enjoy the outdoors - garden terrace - weather permitting.

Forget your worries in this spacious, serene space. Price for a room: 2 single beds + 1 double bed, possibility of adding up to 3 extra beds. No bed and bath sheets, no breakfast but possibility of providing on request... And your bed will be made on arrival ☺️ In the beds there is always: - mattress protected by a mattress cover - eyelets protected by a flap - a bare duvet. The use of a bed without sheets will be charged at €27/bed.

The house dates back to the 17th century and is located in the heart of the Notre-Dame-Du-Pré district 10 minutes walk from the cathedral, Place des Jacobins. and trams.
