Modern updated home with a beautiful kitchen for family cooking and meals. The living spaces are open allowing for togetherness during your stay. A soft leather seating arrangement is comfortable for watching the TV (antenna or BYO streaming service) or listening to music on the soundbar. If you need privacy, 2 of the bedrooms have their own smart TVs so you can watch your favorite streaming service (BYO) or just take it easy on the comfortable mattress. Coll Cottage - a charming rural private studio

A two acre property adjacent to Devil's Backbone Trail Head and surrounded by public county open space on three sides. The rock formation behind the cottage surrounds the property with privacy. The host, a nationally known western landscape artist, has his studio in the barn on the property. The main house is an historic structure built in 1920's. The Cottage has all of the amenities for a luxurious stay in the Colorado foothills, 26 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.

I live in a small house in a quiet residential neighborhood about 4 miles west of I 25. Shopping and restaurants are close by and a super Walmart is within a 2-3 minute walk. Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is a beautiful 30 miles to the west. The Ranch, otherwise known as the Budweiser Event Center, is about 5 miles away. Denver, Boulder, and Cheyenne are all within an hour’s drive. Loveland is known as an artistic community and sculptures abound.
