The townhouse is easy to reach via public transport (or taxi) from Airport, Bus- and Trainstation. The refuge (we also use this ourselves) invites you to switch off from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy. On the first floor, you will find a spacious, light-flooded living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen including wine cooler. The double doors open here to the sun terrace with a small natural garden. On the upper floor there are the two bedrooms and the large bathroom. One of the rooms also has a charming gallery as a retreat.

Very nice and stylish 2 bedroom house near the airport and just 15-20 minutes by car to Vienna city center. Perfectly close to Vienna, Burgenland, airport, CAE training center, petrochemicals, Borealis or OMV. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a modern living area with TV and 2 bedrooms. There is a small supermarket and nice restaurants nearby. A short distance by bike or on foot allows quick public access to Vienna.
