We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Sanft am Hang gelegen, eröffnet sich euch ein atemberaubender Blick über üppige Weiden und dichte Wälder. An klaren Tagen könnt ihr sogar die majestätischen Berge bewundern. Auf der Terrasse kannst du in unserem holzbefeuerten Hot Pot die Seele baumeln lassen.

Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

The property is idyllically located in a valley with lots of forest in Saldenburg in the Bavarian Forest, only 25 km away from Passau. The apartment is 40 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people. It includes a bedroom with 3 beds, a sofa bed, a bathroom, a private terrace and a small kitchen. For our little ones, we offer a petting zoo, pony rides and a playground. Guests with dogs are welcome.
