Jason’s place is so beautiful! Everything looked like the photos, everything was nice & clean. I love the master bathroom! We will definitely be back.

During our recent stay at this Airbnb, we arrived on a Friday and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our experience. Conveniently situated near the French Quarter and downtown, the location is ideal for exploring New Orleans. There's even a fantastic BBQ restaurant right across the street from the property. The Airbnb features a lovely pool, and we took full advantage of the supplied propane grill for a delightful barbecue. The host was exceptionally considerate and provided numerous small necessities that often go overlooked when packing. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and I would definitely consider booking this property again on my next visit to New Orleans.

This Airbnb is beautiful! We rented this space for a girls weekend and it was truly stunning. The house is beautifully done, and the bathrooms are truly something else with the giant soaking tub. The only catch was that we went to the wrong door initially and then realized the true front door was the one a little further back and to the side. The house is gorgeous, the pool is lovely, and the hosts were really responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed the location, it was close to Magazine Street and the French Quarter but still in a quiet part of town. I would highly recommend this house to stay in!

Comfortable and perfectly located in a great area! We had everything we needed for a family vacation. The pool and spa worked great and we just took one morning to swim, relax, and visit with each other in that awesome tropical backyard. We had a car so we didn’t need transportation but we did walk to the streetcar one day, plus it would be easy to Uber/Lyft from Gary’s place to the popular locations in New Orleans. We didn’t cook, because, frankly, why would you in food paradise when the local restaurants do it so well, but the kitchen was well stocked should you want to cook. We had fun using the game table, TVs, and sound system. Everything was a hit with our kids who were with us to celebrate their recent college graduations. We would stay here again for any occasion but the end of May was the perfect time for warm weather AND the end of crawfish season which we were thrilled to miss. Thanks, Gary!

Loved our stay! Very clean, beautiful decor, accommodating entertainment inside, pool area private and relaxing, nice sitting porch. Hosts, very responsive and willing to help in any way. They went above and beyond with providing toiletries, linens, enviornmental comforts ect!

The house is beautiful and well maintained with a great layout for larger groups and families. We loved our stay. The location is also fairly convenient in terms of being close to everything without being right in the middle of it.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Easy to walk to everything we wanted to do and quiet and peaceful once we got back home in the evening.

Me and my husband had a wonderful time. Lynn and Jess are very responsive and answered our questions within 20 minutes or less. The place was clean and very open. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and they left a notebook of local stuff to do which was great for me and my husband seeing some days we didn’t know what we were doing. I highly recommend staying with Lynn and Jess and me and my husband when we visit in the future are gonna try our hardest to stay with them again. The neighborhood was very quiet too and I loved the outdoor space too.

Giuliano let me check in early and met me at the house. He was as friendly and helpful in person as he had been on text (i.e. very) and walked me through everything I needed to know about the place, from the air conditioners to which light switches governed what, the locks, all of it. I don't always like to intersect with my Airbnb host but in this case there were several facets to the place that would have been trickier to figure out on own. So that first little "tutorial" was hugely valuable. Plus Giuliano is warm presence who was just nice to be around during our brief little interaction. I'll definitely want to stay there again someday :)

The location was perfect for us, we were in town for Jazzfest. Lenin and Daniel were both responsive and had great recommendations. The bed could be a bit more firm but that is my preference. The house had a fantastic restaurant on the corner, Luvi! It's a quaint and cute place, perfect for a couple's weekend!

This Airbnb gave me that NOLA feel with the beautiful decor! It was so perfectly placed near all of the restaurants and of course bourbon street and the French quarter that we ventured to! Lance was a proactive host always keeping us in the loop with local recommendations and instructions for check in/check out before I could even ask which I truly appreciated! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous location and would definitely rebook again!

Angie was the most accommodating and exceptional hosts I have never interacted with through Airbnb. She was extremely responsive, helpful and supportive as we explored New Orleans. The home was wonderful- clean, modern, comfortable and completely well equipped. The location was great ! We would definitely recommend and stay again! We were 5 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space. Thank you for hosting us for a super Nola weekend celebrating a family wedding:)

Truly one of the most beautiful Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in! Decor was inspiring and eclectic! The five guests in my party and myself felt right at home. Beds and sheets were extremely comfortable. There is a ton of natural light, so I highly recommend that you bring eyeshades for sleeping past 7AM. Beautiful backyard, with an actively maintained bee hive and garden. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and silverware. Working dishwasher, and Ellen was kind enough to drop off some dishsoap when we were missing it. We only cooked breakfast in the space, but would recommend purchasing your own spices if you’re going to cook. AC worked great for the large space during our early summer stay. Overall, highly recommend!

So happy we stayed here. It was perfect. Close enough to the nightlife, but far enough enough to be peaceful. We walked to most places. Felt safe. Had a wonderful time thanks to this great place and great host.

My family and I had an amazing time. The house is beautiful with just enough old world charm. We were able to easily access the French Quarter, but enjoyed a quiet night away from the crowds. The neighborhood, was our favorite thing about this home. PJ’s coffee a short walk, great food and shopping on Magazine street. We would definitely stay again.

As two couples traveling together, we weren't necessarily looking for a place with two separate living spaces and were pleased to find this one was. It was perfect, almost like having two apartments! Each of the two units had their own kitchen, etc, and both even had their own really nice washer and dryer! The whole place is lovely, with so much character. We came by train and had no car. So being only two blocks off the St. Charles street car line meant we could get to anywhere we wanted with minimal walking. And the communication with them was great, very responsive to our needs and questions. We would stay there again, given a return to New Orleans.

Lisa was a fantastic host! She gave wonderful suggestions and responds very quickly. Her house was really decorated in such a fun “New Orleans” vintage style. You could spend hours looking at all her decorations and trinkets, which was super fun! (I may have to hire her to decorate my house! 😍. I definitely highly recommend her home and all of her recommendations! Will definitely come back!!! Totally worth it! Thank you, Lisa!!!

This was a nearly perfect stay for what we needed, with a small opportunity for improvement. To start with the very long list of good: perfect location (walkable, right off magazine so good access to restaurants and bars but on a quieter side street), spotless apartment, well-appointed with kitchen supplies & linens, good climate control, felt safe & secure, decent WiFi, very responsive and friendly host. We greatly appreciated the options for flexibile luggage storage before/after check-in too. Something that would take this rental to the next level: a better pull-out couch. Advertising the couch in this unit as a place to sleep is a stretch. Some of the metal mechanism that helps the couch fold out protrudes through the center of the couch so much it has poked a hole in the upholstery. Very uncomfortable for lying down (though perfectly navigable for sitting). Ultimately, for the price, this place is a fabulous option I’d happy return to!
