Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Lower Grand Lagoon

Our stay was Great. A108 was very nice spacious and clean. This condo had everything we needed. We had 2 bikes included which was nice to ride to the little town. The walk to the beach was very fast and easy with beach service included. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view of the ocean, family had a great time. They enjoyed the pools and the beach. Quick access to the beach, restaurants near by to include a nice ice cream shop near by. On the 3rd floor of The parking garage you can unload to your room and they have carts.

We loved our time at this condo! It was clean and spacious, and minutes away from the beach and fun night life.

Great spot just a short walk from the beach. If you are simply looking for a place to put your stuff and sleep, this is a great option. The condo was clean, the kitchen was nice (though I didn’t cook), and the grounds are very well maintained. The pool and cabana area was great. The bed was very uncomfortable (thin mattress with metal bars and/or springs poking)- it’s more of a pullout Murphy bed which I wasn’t expecting. You could also hear the neighbors above walking around which I didn’t love. Overall, great place for a short trip and the host was very helpful!

This place was absolutely amazing! From the cleanliness to the amenities. A lot of things to do. The host was friendly and responsive. Will definitely be visiting again.

My family and I had a great time at this location. Great views east access to the Beach. Looking forward to heading back next year.

Great place to stay and felt very safe in the gated community with security! Lots of amenities and great beach access! We will try to book again here next time!

We evacuated here during hurricane Milton. Dealing with Sol has been nothing but a pleasure. He is extremely understanding and accommodating… especially during a stressful time he made everything as easy as possible for us. He is a very kind soul and we are very grateful that we were able to deal with him. If we ever in the area again we will be certainly sure to rent with Sol.

This home was everything it claimed to be and more. Natalie has thought of just about everything you could want or need and has it available somewhere on the property. She has all the kitchen accessories, indoor and outdoor game options and all the things you could want for the beach! The neighborhood is nice, quiet and close to so many restaurants and the beach (Access 7). The price was a lot for a week but very comparable and less than other homes in that area, especially for where you are and what you get. We decided to pair up with another family and divide the cost. We were 4 adults, 3 kids and 2 big dogs (Goldendoodles) and there was enough space for us all to not feel on top of each other! It was perfect!! Beautiful backyard and outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. Natalie was very responsive and accommodating. I can't really speak to how responsive to any issues after check-in because we had none!! This place was great inside and out!! Well worth the cost!!

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect space for us. The location is just a few blocks to the beach, the golf cart was great and parking for the cart right at the beach access location, get the golf cart. Very quiet part of the beach, no crowds, high rises, or traffic. The beach was not crowded. I was shocked how well stocked the house was, Zachary literally thought of everything guests would possibly need and then some. Beach gear included was an additional plus. Communication with Zachary was quick and easy. We did not need to reach out during our stay as everything was perfect. Highly recommend this beautiful home and its wonderful host Zachary. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Wesley was a great host he communicated daily the beach flags, which was great being northerners to know what was a good beach or pool day. The house was perfect and stocked with everything you need. The pool was great everyone enjoyed it. The activities in the garage were a great bonus. Would definitely stay at this house again.

We had an amazing time here on our family vacation! The house was exactly as described. Location was perfect, a quick walk to the pool or beach! Everything was extremely clean and beautiful. The patio was an excellent space for a bbq and we definitely used it every night for family dinner. The hosts are very kind and checked in to make sure we were having a great time! Would come back!

We have an annual cousin trip and we all loved it! Beautiful decorated, pool, and hot tub was great for the all!! Definitely considering staying here next year!! Easy walk to beach!!

Had an amazing girls’ getaway in 30A! The condo was beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located. The pools were pristine, and the beach access couldn’t have been better - just steps away! We felt completely at home, whether we were enjoying morning coffee on the balcony or winding down with a cozy movie night in the gorgeous living room. The whole place felt safe, peaceful, and welcoming. Already dreaming of our next trip back! The hosts were very nice and responsive also.

The unit was fantastic for our week at the beach. Bike rental was right across the main street and the beach right at the end of the road. Publix was nearby for anything we ran out of. Enjoyed our stay!

Our first time on AirBnb and I have to say the experience was amazing. The Beach view with morning coffee was so relaxing. The condo was nice, clean and furnished. The Washer and dryer was a plus, condo felt vary welcoming. We look forward to future reservations with Nik! I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointment.

Jodie’s place was exactly what we wanted for our annual family vacation. We had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing week at the beach. The photos are accurate and we felt right at home. The complex is golf cart friendly and there is a charging station. The beach is within walking distance. The screened balcony allowed us to enjoy morning coffee without any insects. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare all of our meals. She even had beach towels that we were able to use. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay and would stay again. You can't beat the location for beach access. It is also close to restaurants and grocery stores. Good setup and comfortable for the three adults especially with 2 full bathrooms. Hosts were quick to respond to texts for recommendations.

The condo and view was BEAUTIFUL! We absolutely enjoyed the entire experience from booking to check out! It really exceeded our expectations and will be returning soon! Highly recommend staying in this condo!!!

Welcoming and comfortable space. Loved the high ceilings. Kitchen was well appointed. Used it for daily breakfast and a couple of dinners. Comfortable beds. Huge master bath. We used the bikes provided for daily ride to Seaside for coffee. We appreciated the beach equipment and certainly used the beach cart and umbrellas.

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to get away from our hectic daily lives in Ohio! We went down for my close friend’s beautiful beach wedding and it was the perfect time! The place was exactly as described in the listing and I honestly have zero complaints. It was clean and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a rock!! The beach was easy walking distance and the beach chairs were an awesome bonus that she had there for our use! Leah went above and beyond for me! I had realized once I flew back to Ohio I had left something very valuable to me and she immediately got ahold of her people who had found it and kept it safe for me! I could not be anymore pleased with that customer service! And the honesty of her crew who found it for me! If I could give a million stars I would! I hope to come back in the near future and decompress again!
