You will love the location of this beachfront ground floor condo at Regency Towers! It has been remodeled and is bright and clean. 1 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. The bedroom has a king bed and living room has a sofa sleeper. Stacked washer/dryer. Corner unit next to BBQ grills, near pools, easy access parking, no elevators or stairs to deal with! Overlooks green belts and swings with an amazing gulf front view! Closest unit to the beach and not directly in front of pools. Perfect location!

One of the condo’s most exquisite elements is the view from the living room that includes a private balcony accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom with a high table and bar stools. This unit includes upgraded floors & appliances. The unit can accommodate 8 guests comfortably with a king bed in the Master, 2 double beds in second bedroom and a Sofa in the living room that doubles as a queen bed. Rental includes 2 beach chairs and Umbrella from March 1 to October 31.

Relax with the whole family. Peaceful place to stay. Free resort access wrist bands. Please leave 6 at the end of your stay even if broken they are $50 each if lost. Beach chairs & umbrella rentals not included. Please bring your own chairs unless you intend to rent from Coastal & don’t forget beach towles. One free parking pass per guest. Additional pass available for $25 except only one space allowed per unit from Memorial Day until Labor Day to ensure each unit has a parking spot.
