Beautiful beach house. Perfect for couples or a small family. Just 450ft walk to the beach! That's a 2 min walk! Entire upstairs is the master suite w/ attached bath & beautiful walk-in shower. Complete w/ a comfy king size bed. Main floor living room has a queen murphy bed(sofa isn’t the most comfy but I chose bed over comfy sofa) , a half bath, Full kitchen/dining area w/ everything you need for daily meals. A small fenced in yard w/ turf for pets. Smart tv, WiFi & laundry room.

No need to cross the street! You're already there! Beach front property! Located on the quieter side of PCB (less traffic). 3 bdrms and 2 full baths. Access the balcony with view of the beautiful beach from the master bedroom or living room. This unit is one of the closest units to the beach and pool. Property has 2 pools (one seasonally heated) and a hot tub. Stay in and throw some food on one of the grills by the pool or cook in the fully stocked kitchen.
