We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Pleasant accommodation in the very center of the place, friendly hostess Nina. Very flexible about arrival and departure. The apartment is neat and nicely furnished.

Villa Luka was more than we expected from the time we pulled up to the driveway to when we got to into our super clean rooms! It is a beautiful house away from all the hustle and bustle. After getting groceries, we would sit outside, watch the sunset and discuss our day with supper, some delicious Croatian wine and delicious cheese carefully crafted by Branko and family! The location was high up on the hills and not too far from anything you wanted to visit along the coast. On our last night, upon Branko's recommendation, we went out to a brilliant restaurant in the local village, Primizia, and the flavours and food were all local fare and absolutely delicious! Branko was able to respond within minutes of messaging, with great info about the local surroundings. Overall, our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Villa Luka!

Jens is a nice, quick to respond host. The house has been renovated and furnished with a lot of love and care. Delicious base for trips to Motovun, Oprtalj, and Porec. Fantastic starting point for beautiful tours with the racing bike with altimeters of your choice. My wife and I really enjoyed it!
