Microwave, refrigerator, hot water kettle, dishes, etc., but no own cooking area - if necessary, the kitchen (one floor higher) can be shared after a short consultation. Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

In a quiet residential area in the northeast of Lübeck is the Schönkamp house, a semi-detached house from around 1900. Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

Enjoy your stay in a listed old town house right in the heart of Lübeck. Built in 1290, the house offers a beautiful insight into the old Gothic construction, but does not miss any comfort. The house is essentially a Gothic plank house from 1290 with a Renaissance wing, street facade Renaissance (ground floor and 2nd floor), as well as a rear Gothic gable with rising pointed arch panels.
