Located 1.7 km from the village and about 14 km from La Flèche, 36 km from Le Mans. Our accommodation can accommodate 5 people. -1 large bedroom of about 25 m² with a 140 bed and a 90 bed. (possibility of putting a baby bed), in the living space a sofa bed for 2 people. Kitchen equipped with microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop, refrigerator. - shower room, dry toilet.

Le Gîte "La Terrasse du Loir" est privatif (ouvert depuis 2021), piscine privative également et sans vis-à-vis. La piscine et l'abri télescopique ont été installés en 2022, elle est chauffée à 29° En 2026: Piscine chauffée du 27 Mars au 1er Novembre inclus. En 2027: Piscine chauffée du 26 Mars au 1er Novembre inclus. Gîte de 115m2 + grande terrasse de 24 m² surplombant Le Loir situé à 2,5kms du Zoo. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
