Great host! She welcomed us warmly and showed us the property. The swimming pool is kinda panoramic and quite big. We could also do barbecue in the evening :) Dogs are allowed in and this is a plus

This home is a genuine historic Italian home. It was a peaceful adventure. We walked and hiked everywhere, there are many well traveled and marked hiking trails into the mountains. You hear nature around you and have the most gorgeous view. The house is extremely cozy and has many features that are full of character. We made homemade meals from the abundant fruits, veggies, and nuts around the property. If you are looking to step into a storybook back in time with cobbled streets and historic buildings, this is the place. One needs to have a sense of adventure to fully appreciate this property. We took in the most gorgeous sunsets from the top yard. We hiked and explored the most beautiful and unexpected landscapes. No need to walk far, the town itself is a wonder. Go see Gabriella at the Taverna. She will cook you the most delicious meal and make you feel right at home. This property is truly a cozy home. If you are wanting to rejuvenate your tired soul, this place will do it.

I was at Casone for my graduation party and it was the best choice I could make. Lorenzo was kind and super helpful in meeting my requests. Excellent accommodation for the customization of the stay, therefore. The house also offers everything you need to organize large tables as it has a kitchen with attached dishes that could serve a restaurant not even so small. dozens of board games and a foosball game have animated the evening. impeccable cleanliness. i will definitely be back

My partner and I came here as nature tourists after I visited and fell in love with Pettorano sul Gizio during a work trip in May 2023. The accommodation itself was clean and homely, and the views spectacular. We spent a lot of time sitting on the living room balcony watching the birds, and even a wild boar family on the last night! If we were at the accommodation we were probably on the balcony, and we got up at 5am some days to enjoy the dawn chorus. The beauty of this place and its abundance of wildlife cannot be overstated. The town itself is beautiful and we enjoyed the local food and drink on offer from the nearby shop and café. There are many walks to do in the area and local towns to explore. The place was a home away from home and we are sure to return!

The apartment is in a beautiful and peaceful location, and is easy to find. It’s spacious, comfortable and well-equipped, and the view from the terrace over the lake is just stunning. Antonella and Dario are exceptional hosts, responding to messages and fixing any problems almost instantly. They definitely went above and beyond to make our stay really comfortable.

It was a wonderful house, plenty of peace, babbling brook and a wonderful garden with sun loungers and a parasol. The terrace for dinner in the evening was also perfect. Everything you need for a good stay was in the house. There was a nice restaurant 2.5 kilometers away with super friendly service. We were able to let ourselves in, but Efisio still came by to meet us.

Luigi’s place felt like a little paradise off the beaten track, a really charming place. The village itself is very idyllic and is located in the dreamy valley, perfect for a recluse holiday. The flat has everything one needs and the little garden is a nice space to rest. Luigi was a very warm and welcoming host - made sure we had everything we needed and was very attentive.

A wonderful experience. We had a great collaboration even for a personal problem with the car, really an added value for the structure. Thank you so much for everything

This was a magical setting and wonderful stay - we could not have been happier with our visit. Alessio is a superb and helpful host with deep local knowledge, always available for consultation and recommendations if needed, but never imposing. An absolute gem!

Very nice accommodation. Pleasant pool with the bar that allows you to eat at noon. very close to the train station . We were able to leave our car and visit Rome by train.

Simple fins cottage, with lots of charm in enchanting quiet surroundings. Terhi and Ivano are wonderful hosts and were always there for us with support and help. We got great tips for excursions and lots of information for visiting Rome. The accommodation is very quiet and surrounded by nature, yet Rome center is easily accessible by train and in the area there are many more wonderful destinations for activities. The cottage has everything you need. In case of any issues or questions, the two hosts are available at any time. We wholeheartedly recommend staying with Terhi and Ivano.

We spent 9 days in Carla's amazing home and beautiful surroundings. The home is fully equipped and everything you need is present. The location of the house is indescribably beautiful. From the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views over the valley and the surrounding mountains. The pool was clean and tidy, and perfectly met our needs. Carla was always reachable via phone and Airbnb messaging for any questions. Through this way I would like to thank Carla for this unforgettable holiday and the nice communication. Immaculate accommodation in beautiful surroundings. The views are incredible. The hosts were very thoughtful and the house was large and had almost everything one would want. The hosts live in a house across the courtyard. The pool is clean and good for swimming with comfortable loungers all overlooking that view. Last but definitely not least there is a friendly, silly labrador called Gino to make you feel at home. Thank you Luigia, Armando and Gino.

There are not enough positives to give for our stay at Giovanna’s. The villa was absolutely stunning, the photos are amazing but it’s even better in person, a large beautiful garden and lovely pool. The place was spotless and had everything you could need. The most standout feature was what incredible hosts Giovanna and Ricardo were, they went out of their way to help us and were so exceptionally kind and willing to help us with anything we needed. There was always communication to make sure everything was okay and nothing was too much for them, they were even very understanding and patient whilst I tried to use my beginners Italian! They are some of the kindest people we have ever met and the villa is beautiful not to mention Tivoli and the surrounding area itself. Couldn’t recommend more.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. We stayed for almost two weeks at the house, set in a stunning hillside plot overlooking Tagliacozzo. Paolo welcomed us on arrival, giving us a tour of the beautiful gardens and an overview of the house's features. Paolo and Aurora do not speak English, but with Google translate we were able to communicate very effectively. The owners live in the ground floor of the property but are not intrusive, so the place feels very private. We travelled to lots of different places in Abruzzo and Lazio, including a trip to Rome by train. The train station in Tagliacozzo is only a few minutes away and the train takes you to the centre of Rome in 1hr 20. Tagliacozzo is a lovely town. Make sure to spend some time there too, stopping for a coffee, experiencing the market day (Thursday) or walking up to the top of the hill, winding through the houses and churches built into the rock.
