Tutto ok. Siamo stati accolti da una persona gentilissima. Il camino all’interno della casa è un qualcosa di eccezionale. La casa è davvero calda.

Appartamento ampio e spazioso. Parcheggio privato comodo e recintato. Host disponibile e sempre reattivo. Unica pecca c’era qualche piccola disattenzione nella pulizia della cucina. I materassi non comodissimi un po’ datati specialmente i singoli

Great host! She welcomed us warmly and showed us the property. The swimming pool is kinda panoramic and quite big. We could also do barbecue in the evening :) Dogs are allowed in and this is a plus

The flat is nicely located on a vibrant lateral street of the city. Inside the flat is very large and has all sorts of comforts. We particularly appreciated finding water, juices and food for refreshments and breakfast. Check-in and check-out were very smooth too.

This home is a genuine historic Italian home. It was a peaceful adventure. We walked and hiked everywhere, there are many well traveled and marked hiking trails into the mountains. You hear nature around you and have the most gorgeous view. The house is extremely cozy and has many features that are full of character. We made homemade meals from the abundant fruits, veggies, and nuts around the property. If you are looking to step into a storybook back in time with cobbled streets and historic buildings, this is the place. One needs to have a sense of adventure to fully appreciate this property. We took in the most gorgeous sunsets from the top yard. We hiked and explored the most beautiful and unexpected landscapes. No need to walk far, the town itself is a wonder. Go see Gabriella at the Taverna. She will cook you the most delicious meal and make you feel right at home. This property is truly a cozy home. If you are wanting to rejuvenate your tired soul, this place will do it.

Sono stato al Casone per la mia festa di laurea ed è stata la scelta migliore che potessi fare. Lorenzo si è dimostrato gentile e super disponibile nel venire incontro alle mie richieste. ottima ricettività per la personalizzazione del soggiorno quindi. Il casone poi offre tutto ciò che serve per organizzare tavolate numerose in quanto dispone di una cucina con stoviglie annesse che potrebbe servire un ristorante neanche tanto piccolo. decine di giochi da tavolo e un biliardino hanno animato la serata. pulizia impeccabile. tornerò di sicuro.

My partner and I came here as nature tourists after I visited and fell in love with Pettorano sul Gizio during a work trip in May 2023. The accommodation itself was clean and homely, and the views spectacular. We spent a lot of time sitting on the living room balcony watching the birds, and even a wild boar family on the last night! If we were at the accommodation we were probably on the balcony, and we got up at 5am some days to enjoy the dawn chorus. The beauty of this place and its abundance of wildlife cannot be overstated. The town itself is beautiful and we enjoyed the local food and drink on offer from the nearby shop and café. There are many walks to do in the area and local towns to explore. The place was a home away from home and we are sure to return!

The apartment is in a beautiful and peaceful location, and is easy to find. It’s spacious, comfortable and well-equipped, and the view from the terrace over the lake is just stunning. Antonella and Dario are exceptional hosts, responding to messages and fixing any problems almost instantly. They definitely went above and beyond to make our stay really comfortable.

Het was een heerlijk huis, volop rust, kabbelend beekje en een heerlijk tuin met ligbedden en een parasol. Het terras om ‘s avonds te eten was ook perfect. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een goed verblijf was in het huis. Op 2,5 kilometer zat een leuk restaurant met supervriendelijke bediening. We hebben onszelf binnen kunnen laten, maar Efisio kwam nog wel even langs om kennis te maken.

Luigi’s place felt like a little paradise off the beaten track, a really charming place. The village itself is very idyllic and is located in the dreamy valley, perfect for a recluse holiday. The flat has everything one needs and the little garden is a nice space to rest. Luigi was a very warm and welcoming host - made sure we had everything we needed and was very attentive.

Lovely peaceful setting with great pool and terrace area provided everything we needed for a home from home holiday. The only negative thing was a lack of microwave. The house was well stocked with things like toilet rolls and cleaning products and we were given a lovely welcome basket of locally produced food items, wine and beers and even a delicious cake made by the host. During our stay we needed to contact the host and they responded quickly. The gardens were very well maintained and totally private with automatic gates. The road leading up to the house is very steep so a powerful car is needed but all in all we had a great holiday.

We hebben 9 dagen in Carla’s geweldige woning en prachtige omgeving doorgebracht. De woning is volledig uitgerust en alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. De locatie van het huis is onbeschrijfelijk mooi. Vanaf het terras heb je een adembenemend uitzicht over de vallei en de omliggende bergen. Het zwembad was schoon en netjes, en voldeed perfect aan onze wensen. Carla was altijd bereikbaar via telefoon en Airbnb-berichten voor eventuele vragen. Via deze weg wil ik Carla bedanken voor deze onvergetelijke vakantie en de fijne communicatie. Dank je wel, Carla 🙏

La Fonte Su - unsere Quelle für acht herrliche und unvergessene Tage bei den freundlichsten und herzlichsten Gastgebern Luigia und Armando. Eigentlich sind es drei Gastgeber - Gino der Hund, küsste jeden Tag unser Herz. Das Ferienhaus ist einfach wunderbar. Besser, friedlicher geht es nicht. Die Terrasse und der Blick ein Traum. Obendrein der Pool. Die üppige Natur. Wirkliche, fast unberührte Natur mit zauberhafter Flora und Fauna, begleitete uns auf Schritt und Tritt. Ein Spumante in der Bar in CANTERANO auf der kleinen sonnigen Piazza macht Freude, genauso wie Besuche zu Fuß oder by car in Rocca CANTERANO, Jenne (sehr, gutes Restaurant La Viletta) Cervara Di Roma. Ristorante Da Anna, Il Cantuccio, Contrada Rapello (unglaublich gutes Restaurant, der Service wundervoll, das Essen so und so und das Olivenöl zum warmen Brot von der Monastero San Benedetto ein Hochgenuß) - alle in Subiaco. Liebe Luigia wir kommen wieder zu Euch aus Abu Dhabi. Ihr habt uns sehr glücklich gemacht. Danke.

L’endroit est magnifique. L’appartement était très propres, bien entretenu et confortable. Les enfants ont adorés la piscine et la proximité avec les animaux.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. Wir genossen als fünfköpfige Familie mit Kindern von 7/9/11 Jahren unsere zwei Wochen Sommerferien in vollen Zügen. Mary und John sind tolle Gastgeber vor Ort und haben uns warmherzig und wohlwollend empfangen und mit allen wichtigen Informationen bzgl. Ausflügen, Restaurants, Hausinformationen eingedeckt. Auch unsere Abreise am Vorabend war für sie kein Problem😃. Das Haus ist abgelegen und grosszügig in der Nutzung. Die Ventalitoren waren im Dauer-Einsatz…. Toller Pool, der sich selber reinigte, vor allem an den heissen Tagen haben wir das kühle Nass mehrmals genossen. Danke für diese wunderschöne Zeit in den Abruzzen! We stayed for almost two weeks at the house, set in a stunning hillside plot overlooking Tagliacozzo. Paolo welcomed us on arrival, giving us a tour of the beautiful gardens and an overview of the house's features. Paolo and Aurora do not speak English, but with Google translate we were able to communicate very effectively. The owners live in the ground floor of the property but are not intrusive, so the place feels very private. We travelled to lots of different places in Abruzzo and Lazio, including a trip to Rome by train. The train station in Tagliacozzo is only a few minutes away and the train takes you to the centre of Rome in 1hr 20. Tagliacozzo is a lovely town. Make sure to spend some time there too, stopping for a coffee, experiencing the market day (Thursday) or walking up to the top of the hill, winding through the houses and churches built into the rock. Thank you to Paolo and Aurora for their warm hospitality (and the water, wine, eggs and grapes!)

Erg fijn huis bestaande uit twee appartementen, wat erg handig is als je met meerdere gezelschappen bent. Het was schoon en opgeruimd en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, zoals ook omschreven. We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen, kregen een rondleiding en veel tips van wat er in de omgeving allemaal te doen is. Zoveel zelfs dat we nog eens terug moeten. De ligging is landelijk, maar je bent ook zo met de auto in het dorp. Is je auto laag, rijdt dan wel rustig, het is net als overal in Italië af en toe wat hobbelig en om de gaten heen rijden. ‘s Avonds is het dorp mooi verlicht, net als de tuin. Het enige wat er niet echt is, is een overdekte ruimte buiten als het regent maar je nog wel buiten kunt zitten, we hebben het helaas nodig gehad. Ik zou zeker deze accommodatie aanraden als je een rustige locatie zoekt op nog geen 40 minuten rijden van Rome centrum. (Dankzij de goede tip!)
