New luxurious loft apartment in Cologne-Sülz-Messenah

Stylish apartment in loft character with 3.20 m room height and large windows that was lovingly renovated at the end of 2024/25. It is perfect for 2-4 people with hotel-like amenities and is located in a quiet, central location in the lively district of Sülz. You sleep on a high-quality 1.80 m wide box spring bed. Originally a small hat factory was based here, the upper floors of the house have always been used as apartments.

Phantasialand, hiking, culture, Cologne and Bonn

Modernised in 2024, this stylish accommodation is perfect for families, friends and business travellers. The location between Cologne & Bonn as well as the walking distance (approx. 25-30 min.)to Phantasialand makes a carefree stay possible even for guests without a car. The Eifel National Park and the Ahr Valley are approx. 30-60 minutes away by car. The flat is on the lower floor, at ground level and therefore barrier-free.

Apartment in the beautiful castle town Brühl. 5 minutes walk to the train station (=> direction Cologne / Messe approx. 20 minutes or Bonn approx. 15 minutes, departure to the Phantasialand with shuttle bus) The castle park with its world-cultural-castles is only a few steps away , Bed with 160 cm mattress base and additional bed (optional), wardrobe, satellite TV and private bathroom.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen Backsteinhaus von 1925 in historischen Ortskern von Erftstadt-Lechenich. Sie befindet sich im Dachgeschoss des Hauses (2. OG) und ist sehr hell. Der Fußweg zum Marktplatz beträgt ca. 5 Minuten. Das Rauchen in der Wohnung ist untersagt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, vor dem Haus oder im seitlichen Garten auf der Bank zu rauchen.

Small cottage for max. 2 people

The cottage independent of our house (we live right next door) consists of two rooms and a bathroom. In the living room there is also a small kitchenette with 2 burner stove, dishes, coffee machine (Senseo), microwave, etc. The bed in the bedroom is 160x200. The shower room is a connection between the two rooms. One parking space is right in front of the cottage.
