Holiday rentals with a balcony in Lugano

Een heel fijn en groot appartement, in een buitenwijk van Milaan. Tien minuutjes lopen vanaf de metro. Giordano reageerde snel en had allerlei leuke tips. Verder kon ik tegen betaling later uitchecken, wat ook heel fijn was! Top appartement, ik zou het aanraden.

We LOVED our stay in Lake Como!! The hosts were super friendly and the fridge had wine and homemade tiramisu. We also had use of paddle boards, kayaks and bikes! We will definitely be staying again

This place is very cozy and clean. It has all we need for a short stay. It is also in a perfect location, just need a few minutes walk to the station. We arrived way before the check-in time, and the host is very helpful - recommending us some details about where we can store the luggage. Will definitely recommend this.

We spent three weeks in this apartment in March. The beds were comfortable, and the linens and towels of fine quality. The kitchen is well stocked and the WiFi and TV functioned without the slightest problem. If the balcony doors are open though, the traffic noise might be bothersome. The apartment is a two-minute walk from two bus stops serving lines 2 & 4, so getting around town via public transport is easy. All in all, this apartment is well worth the price.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sodass man auch mit mehreren gut sitzen, essen und entspannen kann. Das Gebäude selbst ist keine Schönheit, aber der Blick vom Balkon, der fußläufig zu erreichende See und die Nähe zum City Center sind wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist von der Autobahn schnell zu erreichen und hat einen eigenen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Küche ist super ausgestattet, große Sofaecke, Bäder nicht mehr ganz neu, aber sauber. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit Baby und Oma und alle haben sich wohlgefühlt.

Apartamento cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Muy bien ubicado con buena relación calidad - precio. Carolina siempre dispuesta ante cualquier consulta. Sin dudas recomemos el lugar.

Super Airbnb bei Giulia und perfekt für die Salone del Mobile. Die Kommunikation war super und wir konnten unser Gepäck abstellen, was super hilfreich war!

Wat een geweldige plek! Modern huis met prachtig uitzicht op het meer in een klein maar niet verlaten dorpje. Heerlijke bedden en fantastische keuken waar niets aan ontbreekt. Wel zo handig want de auto is wel nodig voor een boodschap of restaurant. Davide was supersnel met antwoorden op vragen en heeft goede tips gegeven. Echt een aanrader!

Eine tolle Unterkunft, die den Bildern entspricht. Wer Ruhe und Natur um sich herum mag, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Der Blick auf den See ist gigantisch und Casa Il Nibio ist toll ausgestattet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne einmal wieder!

Прекрасный дом с фантастическим видом на озеро. Мы отдыхали вместе с детьми и все остались в восторге. Для младшего ребёнка дорога от дома к машине и обратно была сложной, поэтому приходилось некоторые участки пути нести на руках. Очень дружелюбные и отзывчивые хозяева, помогли поднять и спустить багаж. Общались мы при помощи переводчика в телефоне. Дом разделён на два этажа, вверху спальни и ванная с туалетом, снизу кухня и гостиная. Дом очень уютный, на кухне можно найти всё необходимое. Вид из окон, балкона и террасы не возможно забыть:) Нам всё очень понравилось и мы благодарим Розанну и Альбино за чудесный дом и радужный приём!!! Ciao & saluti Irina und Co!

Tolle, saubere und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht und super Blick auf den See. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr nett empfangen und waren stets verfügbar. Außerdem konnte man auch die Stand up paddle und Kanus der Unterkunft nutzen. Die Wohnung liegt am nördlichen Ende des Sees und wir haben es so empfunden, dass dadurch nicht ganz so viel los war wie in den südlicheren Ortschaften. Durch die Lage direkt an der Straße ist es etwas lauter, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Der direkte Zugang zum See war uns das allemal wert und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Unkompliziertes Self-Check-In und Check-Out (Anweisung mit Video) und gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Apartment ist gem. Bilder und Beschreibungen. Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon aus auf den Luganersee. Ruhiger Ort, es hat ein Café und Restaurant mit netten Gastgebern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten auch gute Gespräche. In Claino con Osteno kann man sonst nicht viel unternehmen, aber Innerhalb 1 Stunde ist man in Lugano oder Como. Kontakt mit Marco und Vita SRL war reibungslos und die Antworten kamen sehr schnell.

Super schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten. Vom Balkon des oberen Zimmers hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Comer See. Küche ist mit fast allem ausgestattet was man brauch. So etwas wie Seife oder Spülmaschienentabs sollte man selbst mitbringen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, allerdings vom See bzw. Zentrum der einzelnen Orte einige Serpentinen entfernt. Dementsprechend sind auch die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 15-20 min entfernt. Hier ist man auf das Auto angewiesen. Adelia ist eine super nette Gastgeberin, und antwortet sehr schnell wenn man etwas brauch. Wenn man italienisch kann, ist dies von Vorteil :)

Really great hosts that are so responsive and kind. such a spacious apartment that has easy access to anything. If anything this place is undersold, highly recommend and will use this place anytime we are in Milan.

The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. The communication went smoothly and they responded quickly. It was easy to find a they had a parking spot on the property for us.

The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Milan!

This place is so close to the ferry that it puts the entire lake at your disposal. The view from the room was beautiful. Very comfortable and accessible. And be sure to walk down to Villa Carlotta!
