On the 2nd floor are the 4 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with shower and tub. On the 3rd floor, there is a large kitchen with adjoining living area and covered balcony. This completely newly renovated apartment is located in one of the oldest half-timbered houses in Detmold, right in the historic city center. The special charm of this accommodation lies in many details, such as the original preserved wooden framework and the high-quality interior fittings. Parkplatz auf dem Hof, rechts neben dem Haus. 3km von der Altstadt. Marktkauf, Mediamarkt, Baumarkt und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es handelt sich um eine Suite in einem Einfamilienhaus (Bungalow) wo unsere Familie selber wohnt. Achtung: Wir haben zwei liebe Hunde (Lilli, und Berry), die unseren Gästen gerne begrüßen.

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.
