Holiday rentals with a balcony in Luino

The accommodation far exceeded our expectations – modern, clean and superbly equipped. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely book again if we are in Ascona!

I came to Lugano to visit a friend who lives around the corner and the apartment was even better than I expected. Amazing price, great location a couple of blocks from the lake, extremely clean, lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains, fully stocked and very comfortable. Thank you so much, I really enjoyed my stay!

We felt very comfortable! Everything you need, very clean and generally a nice apartment. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. On the other side of the street is directly a playground, which is optimal for us personally. Host is always present in the bar downstairs - by the way, it was always nice and quiet at night We will be happy to come back!

A beautiful view from the balcony and at the same time only 5 mins walk to the old town, another 2 mins walk to the promenade. Truly the best Airbnb you can find in Ascona!

Very clean apartment with a good location. Great outdoor area that we liked to use. Crockery and cutlery were a bit sparse, but fine for a short trip for 4 people. You will find everything you need nearby. For the car there is a locked parking space right at the apartment. 👍🏻

Everything clean, nice hosts. Dogs in the garden (not shared). No towels and no extra toilet paper, we had not read, but it is in the ad. Good location near the free Lago beach.

the accommodation, located in the middle of Mergozzo, is highly recommended. Spacious apartment with everything you need. Also suitable for cooking yourself. If you don't like bells sounds, you may be too close to the church. However, peace is from 10 p.m. -7 a.m., however, peace is provided. i will come back and recommend the place.

Beautifully located house on top of the mountain with a fantastic view. Comfortably furnished and equipped with every comfort. Free parking next to the house. The local host Emanuela is very friendly and helpful

A great place to stay that matches the pictures. If you like peace and nature around you, this is the place to be. The view over the lake is gigantic and Casa Il Nibio is well equipped. We were completely satisfied and would come back!

We stay 2 adults and 3 children's 4 nights. The house was well equipped and not far from the lake. Supermarkets in 3 min drive proximity. Very nice and quite place. Our stay was pleasant.

Very spacious house with great views! Everything was very neatly cleaned! Large terrace and parking for three cars. Good contact with the friendly key holder. From Gravedona, it is a little fifteen minutes uphill via narrow roads with hairpin bends. In the immediate surroundings you can take beautiful walks. Highly recommended as a holiday accommodation!

Fantastic place if you want to stay secluded from the hustle bustle. The only way to get around is by a rental bike or car. We had a car and we like staying a little off the grid so it was apt for us. A 4m drive down to the Caddenabia pier to take the boats to other spots on the lake and a 6m drive up north to Mennagio. There is a grocery store down by the lake as well. From the house, you have superb views of Bellagio and Verrana. The kitchen is more than equipped. Just get your groceries and you’re all set. 1 room has an attached bathroom and the other is just outside the room. The pool and the deck were amazing as well. 2 big cars can be parked on the property. The host was fantastic. Always available, even on a Sunday and always with clear instructions. Will definitely want to visit again.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It exudes a very special charm with typical Italian flair - perfect for a little break. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace, which is ideal for eating outside. The apartment is a bit remote, but no problem by car. Parking is available within walking distance of the apartment. Towels, toilet paper, oil and spices must be brought or purchased on site. It is important to note that the stairs in the apartment are quite steep and somewhat dangerous - therefore not suitable for children or people with motor disabilities. The price-performance ratio was absolutely right for us. We would definitely come again.

Incredible views made it nice to stay and enjoy the Airbnb esp on rainy days. We were traveling with our 8 month old and loved the nice comfy crib and Anita even left out a baby towel and high chair for us. It was really a perfect spot to enjoy views from the lake. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware which made it great for some homemade dinner dates too. Would love to stay here again.

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! My partner & I whole heartedly recommend you consider Enrica’s attic for you lodgings at Lake Como! Cameron June 2025

This place is so close to the ferry that it puts the entire lake at your disposal. The view from the room was beautiful. Very comfortable and accessible. And be sure to walk down to Villa Carlotta!

The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. The communication went smoothly and they responded quickly. It was easy to find a they had a parking spot on the property for us.
