Here you can take forest walks, make a fire at the barbecue area, pick berries, ski and skate during the winter months. Here you can also see the northern lights quite often! Here you can walk 10 minutes after the beach to Pite Havsbad with all its facilities. The beautiful nature reserve next to the studio offers many beautiful walking and bike paths. Here you get free parking space and 11 kw electric car charger at cost. 10 min drive to the city center 50 min - Luleå Airport 60 min - Skellefteå Airport

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 2 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)
