Der Aufenthalt bei Costantino war sehr gelungen, das Haus ist gepflegt, die Zimmer gemütlich, die Bäder schön und sauber, die Veranda sehr schön, die Außenküche mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen braucht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen etc. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, der Aufenthalt war sehr gelungen, der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer Costantino problemlos. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Costantino wärmstens empfehlen!!👌

Es war wirklich schön bei Licia. Wir hatten acht tolle Tage am Haus mit Pool und Whirlpool und dem riesigen Garten. Die Kinder und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Licia ist super freundlich und auch der Hausmeister ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

Melanie è stata una host impeccabile: è stata reattiva e ci ha dato indicazioni chiare. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto molto in ordine, pulito, e le istruzioni per utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il vino offerto di loro produzione. Ottima struttura per prendersi un momento di relax. Consigliato! Noi ci torneremo sicuramente!

Profumo di Mirto è un posto incantevole, come vivere in una cartolina! Un angolo di paradiso, se si ama la natura e la tranquillità è il posto ideale. A mio avviso solo la magnifica terrazza vale il viaggio! Ponza è piena di bellezza e di possibilità per tutte le esigenze. Fabrizio non è solo gentile ma si prodiga perché gli ospiti possano vivere una magnifica esperienza! sono state vacanze stupende! Per sempre nel cuore

L'appartamento di Yulia ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative. Disposto su due livelli in uno stabile tranquillo e molto signorile di Roma Eur, l'appartamento è arredato con cura ed è provvisto di due ampi terrazzi e due bagni. Yulia è stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile nell'accogliere le nostre richieste, molto reattiva nelle risposte. Il check- in autonomia è stato semplice e immediato. Torneremo sicuramente!

This is a gem! The house is super practical, and the proximity to the beach makes it a fantastic retreat with kids. We made many new friends at the public beach. Cornettis and cappucino in the morning at the cafe Ciao 90 (the kids were allowed in the backyard where they had an olive garden with hens, geese and turtles! Absolute treat). The pizzeria Minotti has brilliant pizza and fries (seafod less impressive), and the supermarket Sisa has your necessities. A car is nice for when you want specifics, but you can get by nicely by walking. The house has a parking space under a roof so the car is nice and cool in the morning. The local beach has beautiful sand, and a long shallow perfect for kids. As Norwegian travellers, we didn’t hear any other languages than Italian, so we presume it’s a bit of a local secret this area. We will definitely return to this little slice of heaven.

We had a wonderful time at this house! The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere – a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and – importantly – not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!

Merveilleux séjour à Terracina ! L appartement dans la tour au cœur du centre historique est fabuleux ! La vue sur mer et montagne est exceptionnelle , on ne s en lasse pas. Par contre beaucoup de marches dont certaines assez rudes pour y accéder. Les plages sont accessibles à pied à environ 15/20 minutes mais le retour est en pente…du coup le sport est compris dans le prix de la location 🤣. Nous avons eu très chaud maïs Emanuele nous a fourni des ventilateurs . Nous reviendrons très certainement hors saison pour visiter les nombreux lieux à proximité car la chaleur ne nous l a pas permis. Encore un grand merci à Emanuele et sa famille pour leur gentillesse !

séjour magnifique chez Salvatore qui est un hôte adorable l appartement est magnifique un belle endroit où l on peu profiter du calme et d une terrasse magnifique proche de la mer et pour passer des soirées paisible sur la terrasse je recommande à 💯% son bel appartement et on y reviendra avec plaisir merci encore pour ce beau séjour Salvatore

Appartamentino unico e speciale. Ben arredato con tutto il necessario in pieno centro storico. Adatto per persone flessibili e senza necessità di grandi spazi. Host gentile e molto disponibile.

l'appartamento di Dina è incantevole, comodo e pulitissimo in posizione perfetta a Terracina per andare la mare a piedi ma anche per vivere la movida della città. Dina è stata disponibile e attenta alle nostre esigenze, consigliatissimo. Unica cosa che mi sento di segnalare, non come un difetto dell'appartamento, è la presenza di scale per raggiungere la casa. lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia vivere Terracina al meglio!

siamo stati molto bene da Giulia; l'appartamento è nel pieno centro di Castel Gandolfo a due passi dal palazzo apostolico. Veramente consigliato.

Einfaches Finnenhäuschen, mit viel Charm in zauberhafter ruhiger Umgebung. Terhi und Ivano sind wunderbare Gastgeber und standen uns immer mit Unterstützung und Hilfe zur Seite. Wir haben super Tipps bekommen für Ausflüge und viele Informationen für den Besuch von Rom. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und mitten in der Natur, trotzdem ist Rom Zentrum mit dem Zug gut erreichbar und in der Umgebung gibt es noch viel mehr wunderbare Ziele für Unternehmungen. In dem Häuschen ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Bei anfallenden Problemen oder Fragen stehen die beiden Gastgeber jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir empfehlen den Aufenthalt bei Terhi und Ivano von ganzem Herzen weiter.

È stato un piacere soggiornare nuovamente da Marco. La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco (pavimenti, infissi, bagni), pulita, ha ogni comfort, molto funzionale, è pensata per ogni esigenza. Perfetta per la nostra famiglia con bambini e nonni, ognuno ha il proprio spazio. Molto vicina al mare (pulito e con uno stabilimento attrezzato ed efficiente), offre la piscina nel residence, comoda per i bambini. Wifi perfettamente funzionante per lavorare in smartworking. Marco è sempre disponibile e accogliente, pronto per ogni piccola esigenza che abbiamo avuto. Una bellissima vacanza!

Siamo stati 3 giorni e ci siamo veramente rilassati, l’alloggio vale il prezzo…. C’era tutto il necessario. Personale sempre disponibile! Grazie mille, torneremo sicuramente!

We hebben een heerlijke midweek gehad in deze prachtige vakantiewoning in Formia. Het huis is mooi en ligt in een schitterende tuin vol olijf- en citrusbomen, waar op een natuurlijke manier gebruik is gemaakt van materialen zoals rotsen – echt een sfeervolle plek om te verblijven. Het contact met de verhuurder Diego verliep heel soepel; hij reageerde steeds snel op onze vragen. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door zijn ouders, wat ons meteen welkom liet voelen. Hoewel het zwembad nog niet gevuld was (zoals vooraf aangegeven), was het met het mooie weer wel even jammer dat we er geen gebruik van konden maken – dat had het verblijf helemaal perfect gemaakt. De omgeving biedt veel mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes en activiteiten. Kortom: een heerlijke plek voor wie houdt van natuur, rust en Italiaanse charme!

Marco’s place is incredible. We felt so lucky to be perched on the edge of beautiful Sermoneta admiring the view from the terrace. It was so quiet that we could only hear the birds and the insects. The pool was lovely and the house is one of a kind. We were a family of 4 and managed with taxis and the train. The train into Rome is quick and comfortable and, like many others, we really valued the peace of Sermoneta after the bustle of Rome.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le logement et ses alentours correspondent tout à fait à la description et aux photos. Nos hôtes ont été très attentifs et disponibles. la piscine est très grande et offre une vue panoramique sur toute la vallée. Belle place de parking individuelle. Si vous cherchez la tranquillité dans un endroit rustique mais disposant tout de même d'un confort certain, c'est l'endroit parfait.

The view! The VIEW! It was amazing :) It's about a 5 min walk from the street to the apartment, so heads up if you have luggage or anything. The view was so beautiful and we cooked one night at home simply to soak up dinner on the lovely patio. We had a wonderful stay.
