Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of Lago di Albano. Castel Gandolfo the town is a 10 minute walk away, which is convenient. Good designated parking in front. Valeria was very responsive t noir needs ot questions.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Spotless Stay with Wonderful Hosts in Rome! This Airbnb was everything I hoped for and more! The apartment was immaculately clean — truly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. It felt fresh, comfortable, and so well taken care of. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were always available for questions and gave some great local recommendations that made my trip even better. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and coming back each evening to such a clean and peaceful space was a dream. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

Мы останавливались на 5 дней, двое взрослых и дети 2 и 6 лет. В апартаментах было все необходимое, для приготовления еды, и жизни. В живую квартира выглядит больше чем на фото, светлая и просторная. С большим балконом, В духе Италии, мы насладились пребыванием, и почувствовали атмосферу Рима. До достопримечательностей 20-30 минут на такси, что было удобно. Супермаркет и Кафе в пешей доступности. Прямо в доме есть кофейня и пицца на вынос. Vivian, быстро отвечала на все наши вопросы. Нас любезно встретили, и помогли с чемоданами и заселением, что было очень приятно. Рекомендуем объект, с радостью остановимся еще раз.

Max and Fabio's place was simply fantastic. The place was spotless and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable few night's stay. Check in was simple and we were even allowed to leave our luggage before check in which was a massive relief. While the location is quite far away from the city centre, it has excellent connections via buses. We'd definitely stay here again if we came to Rome. Grazie Mille Regazzi!

Ein sehr schönes, gemütliches Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Sogar eine Begrüßung mit Getränken und Snacks! Bus und Bahn sind super erreichbar und direkt gegenüber ein tolles Café zum frühstücken. Die Erreichbarkeit war super und auch das Ein- und Auschecken entspannt. Wir kommen gern wieder! :)

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Abbiamo passato un weekend in totale serenità! Villa Fiore si è rivelato un posto dove è possibile allontanarsi dai ritmi frenetici della vita quotidiana e godersi attimi di paradiso preziosissimi. Complimenti anche all’host il quale nonostante qualche piccola problematica riscontrata, ha saputo subito rimediare donandoci la possibilità di continuare a godere della magia di questo fantastico posto.

Siamo stati 3 giorni e ci siamo veramente rilassati, l’alloggio vale il prezzo…. C’era tutto il necessario. Personale sempre disponibile! Grazie mille, torneremo sicuramente!

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

Roberto’s place in Castel Gandolfo was absolutely perfect. It’s so well maintained and has everything you may need! Roberto was a kind host that even offered to drive me from the train station. The home is in a perfect location just a 3 minute walk from the main square of the town. Definitely a slower/quiet area at least when I was there in October but stunningly beautiful :)

The property was lovely- just like the photos and better! Francesco was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. The property was clean and had a modern feel but still elements of a classic look which I love! Plenty of space for two people. By far my favourite place in Marino that I have stayed at- I can’t wait to return!

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. This home is located in the historic center of Frascati which is a nice quiet (mostly except for holiday weekend nights) town in the hills at the end of a regional rail line that can take you into the center of Rome in a half an hour. It is a short walk to numerous restaurants and bars and is quite walkable. The home is on two levels with the bedrooms upstairs and the sitting/dining room and kitchen on the lower level. The walking space around the double bed could be larger, but was enough to get in and out of the bed. Though we experienced a weather-related internet outage for a day and a half, our hosts worked hard to try to get it resolved - ultimately bringing in an access point from a different provider that resolved the issue. The kitchen was well supplied and we had everything we needed for preparing our own meals when we wanted to during our visit. We would definitely come back again.

Casa molto carina e pulitissima. A soli 8 min a piedi dal mare. Gianpaolo è stato carinissimo e super disponibile, ci ha permesso di rimanere un paio di ore in più per il check out e fornito info utilissime su Gaeta. Lo consiglio vivamente ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Grazie

Very clean and close to metro station. Don’t follow the Google maps indications to get to the apartment, instead follow Manuela’s indications. It will be easier. Great place! Recommend!

Fabio was a wonderful host, gave us recommendations for the beach on top of all the food and activity recommendations for the local area, and other parts of Rome. The apartment was a perfect place to set up came for a few days of exploring and lovely to come back to the apartment to relax and rest our feet!

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti, l’appartamento ampio e ben curato, in 4 siamo stati comodi. L’arredo ben curato pulito e moderno. C’è anche un’area esterna privata con divanetti molto accoglienti.L’host Giacomo è stato gentile e disponibile. A pochi metri il bus che ti porta in centro a Roma, a pochi passi un ristorante dove si mangia molto bene e un locale dove farsi un aperitivo. Consigliato!

Laura’s place was perfect! The pictures to find the entrance were very helpful. We had a little trouble with the apartment door lock (but we were very tired). Laura had a crib for our baby and it was all made up with the sweetest little sheets. The bathtub was amazing since we were so hot when we arrived, we were able to have a cool bath for our daughter. Everything was very tidy and clean. Laura’s instructions and suggestions were easy to follow. It was nice we could also do a little laundry. We were just staying one night on our way to Florence but wished we could stay longer. The apartment was easy to get to from the metro by walking. We highly recommend Laura’s place!

Lucilla was an outstanding host who welcomed us early and in person to show us around the apartment and she even made us a coffee on arrival. She could not have been more helpful and made us feel like welcome guests, all communication was speedy and helpful. The apartment was perfect and the terrace outstanding. The bed was large and very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all the basics we could need and quality appliances. We enjoyed Anzio and found several good restaurants, it is also walking distance to Nettuno for a change of scene. Overall our stay in Anzio was exceptional. Thank you again Lucilla x

Estuvimos muy cómodas en la casa de Flavio. Contaba con todo lo indispensable para pasar unos buenos días ahí, lamentablemente solamente estuvimos dos días, nos hubiera gustado estar más tiempo en Roma para conocer más la hermosa ciudad. Gracias Flavio por tus atenciones.
