We rent a very nice, bright and cozy attic apartment with 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, niche with bed and sofa bed, kitchen with dining table, office, bathroom and toilet. The apartment is located right next to the train station. Restaurant, bakery with cafe, Coop (open 7 days) right next door. To Zurich 20 min. We, the host family, live on the first two floors. In the beautiful Zurich Oberland, you have many excursion destinations and local recreation areas right at your doorstep. View of the mountains.

Public lake access and sunbathing lawn 100 meters away. The beautiful beach path along the lake shore leads from Rapperswil to Schmerikon and directly through Bollingen. It is a foot and bike path of 11 km long. Bollingen is easily accessible by car. Public transport and shops are 5 minutes away by car.

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; surrounded by greenery; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the heart of a hiking area. Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.
