The outdoor areas are designed for relaxation and socialising: a large tropical-style pool is surrounded by loungers, a hammock, and integrated sound system, all set against stirring natural woodland. Adjacent is a Bali-inspired chill-out pavilion featuring daybeds, sofa seating, a swing bench, and dining space—ideal for relaxed al fresco meals or sunset gatherings. A smaller, sun-drenched terrace adds another spot for leisurely afternoons or morning coffee.

Inside, the house retains its rustic character through polished tiled floors, original juniper wood beams, and slatted wooden ceilings. The open-plan living area flows seamlessly from a cosy lounge into a formal dining space and a sleek, well-equipped kitchen, offering a warm, contemporary ambiance within a historic shell. The villa is set in the countryside between Santa Gertrudis and San Lorenzo, in the peaceful and picturesque northern heart of Ibiza, within the municipality of Sant Joan de Labritja. This area is one of the island’s most unspoiled regions, known for its rolling hills, pine forests, organic farms, and slow-paced rural charm.

Sant Joan itself, located just a short drive north, is a tranquil village with a laid-back, bohemian vibe. It’s home to a few cosy restaurants, a charming whitewashed church, and a lively Sunday market offering organic produce, local crafts, and live music. The municipality is known for its dedication to preserving Ibiza’s traditional character, and this spirit is reflected in the serene landscapes and rustic fincas scattered throughout the area.

Santa Gertrudis, just minutes from the villa, is a buzzing little village full of international energy, popular for its boutiques, cafés, and restaurants like Macao, Wild Beets, and Gitano. San Lorenzo, on the other side, is quieter and more rural, home to a handful of beloved local dining spots including La Paloma.

This central location offers the best of both worlds: easy access to amenities and restaurants, while still enjoying the serenity of Ibiza’s countryside. It’s also perfectly situated for reaching the island’s northern beaches like Benirrás, Cala Xarraca, and Aguas Blancas, all within a 15–20 minute drive. Ibiza Town and the airport are just 25–30 minutes away by car, making it an ideal base to explore the entire island.
