The space
Stylish and private, this Ibizan home in Cap Martinet enjoys sweeping views over the Mediterranean, Ibiza’s old town, and the distant island of Formentera. Its position in one of the island’s most sought-after neighbourhoods offers both peace and easy access to Ibiza Town.

Set behind stone walls with gated entry, the property is surrounded by mature planting and pine forest, giving it a calm, natural feel. Outdoor living is at the heart of the design, with a saltwater pool, shaded lounging and dining spaces, and a traditional Spanish grill for laid-back summer meals. The upper terrace offers more space to relax with friends, dine together, or simply take in the view.

Inside, the house has a bright, open feel with polished cement floors, warm wood finishes, and soft, generous furnishings. The living space flows easily out to the terraces, while the kitchen is well-equipped and opens directly to the outdoor dining area. There’s also an indoor table seating ten for cooler evenings or more formal meals.

Each of the five bedrooms is en-suite, air-conditioned, and thoughtfully designed to feel both comfortable and private. Views from the bedrooms are as striking as those from the terraces, with sea, woodland, or Dalt Vila in sight.

Guests have full private access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, the infinity pool, gardens, private terraces, and parking.

The lead guest will be required to provide a copy of their passport at the time of booking, along with the completion of our Guest Information Form.

To comply with the legal requirements for All Spanish Tourist Accommodations (Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021), each guest who is of the age 14 or over will be requested to complete a Guest Traveller Form. Adults can complete this on behalf of a traveling child between 14 to 18, but must provide their relationship to the child. Check-in to the property may be declined if the requested information is not provided prior to arrival.

Please note that check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance. The exact villa address will be shared 48 hours before arrival for security reasons.
