Charming little cottage from the late 1800's. On the first floor you are greeted by an open plan between the living room and kitchen. Around the house there is a large protected terrace overlooking the sea and swimming area with jetty. A small staircase up you will find a newly renovated upstairs with bathroom. 15 minutes walking distance along the water into Ljungskile city center and train/bus station and only 50 meters to 2 nice restaurants. A quiet little oasis with proximity to nature and plenty of activities in the area for those who want to.

On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Happiness/Private annex near the sea with evening sun!

Vi hyr ut vårt annex nära havet och badplats! Uteplats med grill och sol hela dagen. Ett sovrum, en bäddsoffa och ett loft med 4 sängar. 3 min till stranden och 8 min till två riktigt bra restauranger. Nära till Göteborg och Smögen. Golfbana på promenadavstånd och tennisbana likaså. kajaker och cyklar finns att hyra i närheten. Hyrs ut veckovis lördag till lördag. Njut och koppla av i detta lugna, eleganta boende. För sängkläder och handdukar samt städning tillkommer en extra avgift!

Very cozy little house in retro style. Old but nicely renovated. Squeak a bit here and there, but just as expected! Heated up before arrival. And Therese responded quickly and kindly. Nothing to put off. Lovely experience.

Lovely cabin with a magical porch and floating terraces. 🌞 Everything you could want from barbecue, games, rowboat, TV, lake dive, good kitchen with everything, spa. A nearby walking route. A little close to a neighbor but it went well. Great recommendation.

We feel lucky to have booked this accommodation with Erica for our two night stay. The location is unique and special - gorgeous sea views with direct access to the water. The home had everything we could need and plenty of space for three adults. We visited during a cool period, but in the warmer months the expansive outdoor space and seating would be so relaxing. It was new construction and everything was functional, tidy, and stylish. Erica was amazingly responsive, and answered/resolved any question immediately. As we were traveling internationally, this was a comfort to know we were being taken care of. I would highly recommend this property and would love to come visit again, hopefully for a longer stay!

We had a delightful stay at Ida and Jonathan's guesthouse. The house is perfect for a family with 2 children, who get to sleep in the 'tree house' (upstairs, with lovely views out the windows into the trees). Everything about the property is well thought out, spotless, and new, with views and vistas in all directions. Fresh-cut flowers in vases and a welcome package in the house meant our hosts were standouts! Ida and Jonathan let us borrow their boat to explore the lake, and ensured we had life jackets for our kids. They have a beautiful garden and comfortable bedding, and they have considered what guests need to unwind!

It such a great Midsummer vacation at Barbro's place. The location is very beautiful, just on the sea with lots of possibilities for walking and cykling. Barbro is a very nice, joyful and kind host. We wish her all the best and hope to see her again!
