From the kitchen, which has a small dining area, there is direct access to a sunny, south and west facing terrace with garden furniture. There is free access to the lush garden. The house is decorated in a personal and cozy retro style.

Charming little wooden house, in the best location.

My little quirky wooden house, will allow you to calm down - Relax in this unique and cozy home. You will have Dyrehaven, Bellevue beach and Klampenborg station within a few minutes walking distance - and thus be in the center of Copenhagen with all its art museums and temptations in 15 minutes with the Kystbanetoget. My lush garden and lovely wooden terrace are ideal for quiet moments and various coziness with or without the shade of the awning. Furthermore, my house, lots of older cozy decor + wooden terrace also on the 1st floor.

Magnificent villa apartment of 100 m2 on the ground floor. 3 beautiful rooms and a bay window set up for office. From the kitchen you can walk directly onto a covered terrace. Large bathroom, with shower, washing machine and dryer. It has high ceilings and lots of light, the whole apartment is surrounded by trees and greenery. Lovely large garden. Located in the village of Lundtofte, 4 km from Lyngby and 1.5 km from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). Walking distance to Dyrehaven and Mølleådalen with the possibility of hiking in beautiful nature. Close to shopping and ½ hour by public transport to Copenhagen.

Idyllic house by forest and water

The house is from 1770 and originally served as a forge for the Hermitage Palace in Dyrehaven. A charming and cozy, old house that is functional and modernized with respect for the history of the house. The house is surrounded by nature, and right outside the door you can walk in Dyrehaven or take a dip in the Øresund. Furthermore, the house is within walking distance of the cozy old fishing village of Taarbæk with harbor, restaurants and playground.

Traditional cosy family 19-century house

Welcome to this beautiful 4 bedroom house. Located only a few minutes drive away from a sandy beach, Bellevue, and the charming harbour of Skovshoved. The train station is a 5 min walk and Copenhagen can be reached by train in 10 minutes.
