Eiendommen ligger rett ved Mandalselva, en kjent lakseelv. Nødbekken går rett forbi huset. Her kommer laks og ørret opp og gyter. Vi er 40 min. fra dyrepaken i Kristiansand og 15 min. fra sørlandsbyen Mandal.
