For those of us who brought adult children and small grandchildren, this was a great place that we are happy to recommend. Nice location and great cabin with a nice common area with the sea. Absolutely excellent and when we also got nice southern weather, this was a lovely holiday week in the Farsund area.

Plenty of space in the cabin! Several living rooms! Nice outdoor spaces! Super parking at the cabin for several cars!

The cabin with the view is simply amazing. It is quiet, private, luxurious: exactly what we were looking for. Loved staying in the hot tub and rowing on the mountain lake. Anne Lise is a fantastic host. We would love to come back!

The stay at Hausvikstrand was fantastic. The house is beautiful, spacious and comfortably furnished. The view from the whole house is stunning. We looked from the living room to the sea and to the entrances of the surrounding fjords. It was quiet and we enjoyed the setting sun and passing ships. In short: a very successful stay.

Thank you for these good, relaxing days. The location of the house is very good - located right on the lake with a beautiful view. The landlady Dorris is very helpful and proactively supported us on arrival and departure. The house is significantly more spacious than shown in the photos.

Super nice house, very quiet and secluded in the forest. Those who love peace and quiet will love the house. The parking lot for the house is a few meters away, access to the house is via stairs that are built directly into the rock. The house itself is super nice, the hot tub and the private jetty are great. For children, there is a separate small playroom under the roof. We had some very nice days in the house. Hosts Tom and Elisabeth were very nice and always answered questions directly.

Hi. My family and I had a fantastic lovely trip to Kjetil's cabin. Everything was perfect. Our kids enjoy themselves and our little dogs had a really good time there. Fantastic good beds and duvet , would like the same at home. There is nothing missing. We made friends over and they were also very impressed with the place. We would so like to come back to Kjetil's cabin. Thank you Kjetil you are a good Bert. 🤩🤩

We had a fantastic long weekend in Tone's cabin. Location by the lake was great, we used the kano, went fishing and went hiking in the area. We even saw the northern lights ! The house is spacious, clean, cosy and with lots of equipment - you feel like home right away. It has a large garden with a lot of possibilities to sit outside. Perfect as well for dogs :) Communication with Tone was easy and she gave a lot of recommendations for the area. A perfect stay, we can strongly recommend Tone and her cabin!

A perfect host, a beautiful house, a fantastic location and the great view. You can enjoy the whole day on the terrace and look at the sea and the archipelago.

The cabin and space were up to the expectations I had and saw them. Lovely nice place, found peace here. Lots of nice nature and look at. The dog has also had a good time. They were kind and nice hosts too! Would love to come again later.

We are super grateful for this spontaneous stay! Our reservation request was answered within a very short time – we had not requested until 6pm for the same evening and were able to check in the same day. Communication with the host was quick, friendly and straightforward. The house is beautifully situated with a fantastic view over the fjord and the surrounding mountains – exactly as you imagine southern Norway. The area is quiet and very restorative, perfect for unwinding. There was everything you need in the house – we didn't miss anything. An all-around successful short trip. Nice cabin on a charming islet with a great beach 30 meters away. We appreciated the great gas grill, and the patio.

There were six of us (2 adults, 4 children aged 16-4 years) over Christmas in Jan Erik's cozy house and we felt very comfortable. In summer it is certainly much nicer because you could just do little outside. But the house didn't lack anything. The only thing that could be improved is the range of the Wi-Fi.

Tina's great house is well located for beautiful trips in the area (Lista Fyr, Skrelia, Loshavn). Terrace with beautiful views over the Åptafjord. The house is perfectly furnished and very spacious. We will be happy to come back! Thank you for the wonderful time.

Absolutely amazing space for kids! We got free access to the park even if it's not opened for the season🤩 Will definitely be back when in the park season for all activities/animals☺️

A fantastic place with a beautiful view. If you need to really relax,🤩 I was there with a girlfriend and our children, nice playroom and good space for 9 people. I personally loved the terrace and the beautiful view. Recommended. 🤩 The host is also super nice and responds very quickly!

It was a good and friendly exchange with Linda. The location was a dream and it was very idyllic and quiet. We felt very comfortable.
