On the property, there are a number of buildings where the house accommodates 4 bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, living room, toilet with shower and washing machine, hall and lounge room. There is also a guest house with a double bed, which gives a total of 10 beds (extra fee of 300 krona per night for the guest house)

In the large cottage there is a sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide if you make it out. In the main cabin there is a freshly assembled fireplace and space to sit 6-8 people at the kitchen table. TV with standard range of channels, as well as wireless Wi-Fi. Guest house with a bedroom.

The house was built in 2018 and is located in an open place with sun from morning to evening, only 500 meters from the sea. There are several nice swimming coves nearby but also fantastic rock pools. At Basteviksholmarna, about a 15-minute walk from the accommodation, is the restaurant Bastevik Bar & Cafe, where good food and drinks are served, with a troubadour some evenings.

Things that are in the apartment and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Weber grill, TV. Parking space is under the house with elevator up to the apartment. No pets, no smoking and no "party gangs." Age limit 30 years.
