Upstairs, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The floor plan is open with sofa, TV and dining area for 6-8 people. Washing machine and extra freezer are located in the garage, which is wall-to-wall with the apartment. Parking is available adjacent to the house. Guest house location, see floor plan. Welcome to Ulseröd, a small oasis with proximity to the sea and forest near Lysekil city center. Here you live comfortably with a fully tiled bathroom, small laundry room, modern kitchen with social areas and spacious sofa. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and a sleeping loft that is perfect for children and young people. Outside the cottage is a terrace with outdoor furniture. We hope you will enjoy your stay! Bed linens and towels are brought by the guest, or rented by us for SEK 100 per set.

Located on the outskirts of an old fishing village, nestled in the rocks itself between the roaring sea and the quite canal. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Attefallstuga med alla bekvämligheter och höghastighets wifi! I stugan finns ett väl utrustat kök, umgängesyta med direkt utgång till en egen härlig altan med havsutsikt och ett läckert badrum med dusch. Altanen har både utemöbler och solsängar. Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. Direkt utanför finns parkering och här hittar man även stigen ner till bryggan och havet. Solnedgången bänk. Välkomna!
