Upstairs comprises of one double bedroom ensuite, a twin room plus large separate bathroom with bath. Downstairs is a large open plan kitchen with separate dining area in the conservatory leading out to a garden. The middle room serves a a snug with fire and a plush velvet sofa. The front room serves as a tv room.

There are 2 bedrooms that sleep 3 guests. (one single room with single bed; one double room with a double bed) There is a lounge with TV, dining table and chairs and a small kitchenette. The flat is dog friendly with a large gated front garden.
