Family-friendly holiday rentals in Lytham St Annes

We thourghly enjoyed our stay at Primrose Cottage! We loved the decor and beautiful furniture pieces. The cottage was very clean and modern with clean beds and shower rooms. Very picturesque views of the sea and lovely farmlands surrounding cottage. We very much enjoyed the hot tub, a lovely way to wind down after long days travelling to different tourist attractions.

Had an excellent weekend away celebrating our mums 80th Birthday! Everything there for all the different age ranges from 15-80 year olds always something to do! Host was always at the end of a text for any assistance that was needed! The welcome basket was a lovely surprise! Will definitely recommend & use again. x

Absolutely stunning cottage. Amazing location with beautiful views. Cottage was immaculate with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We had a lovely short stay we used the games room which is a fabulous resource. Garstang is a short drive away if you want to eat out but to be honest if you want a quiet break in beautiful surroundings this is your place. We are already looking at returning next spring 🙂

My parents enjoyed a relaxing stay at Peter's place. They enjoyed the hot tub, local pubs and walks on the door step. Thank you for hosting them and we would love to return in the future.

A really special place to stay. We had three families and all really enjoyed our stay. We took the option of the caravan too; everything was spotless, well-equipped and very comfortable. Between us there were five kids and there was plenty of space for them to roam and explore. The hot tub and sauna were great too.

This was our second visit to Lynne's place and once again we had a wonderful time. Lynne was a congenial host and the apartment had everything as described. A two minute walk takes one down to the River Mersey foreshore with paved footpath alongside, and Anthony Gormley's "The Men" can be seen en route. From the kitchen the view of the garden and over to the West Lancashire Golf Course is delightful. Parking right outside and short walk to train station were a bonus. We look forward to another return visit one day.

My friend and myself spent a couple of days at Little Nook for some peace and quiet. We absolutely loved the place. so pretty and relaxing. Everything we needed was on hand, including a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, spacious living area, and the hot tub was just wonderful! Sharon and Ralph were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. We will definitely return.

We had a great time at Canny Brow Barn. Everything you could possible think of or need for your stay, Ian and Anne-Marie had thought about, from a cocktail shaker to cleaning products to games. Would highly recommend!

Our second stay and everything about the home and the host was perfect - would give it 6 stars if we could.

Cottage is perfect for a large group, as we were 16 of us it just matched our requirements so well and we all were very comfortable. It’s nestled with a very nice scenic view. The glasshouse is a great place to hang indoors while the barbeque outside is perfect for an outdoor setting subject to weather. The open field is great for walks, kids can play football, there is a tennis court so worked very well for the kid. 10-15 mins drive one can reach Garstang where you can visit locals shops and pubs. For groceries there is Sainabury, Aldi and Booths. Also easy to drive to Blackpool (40 mins), Windermere (90 mins). A must visit Italian Restaurant caller Orchard Italiano. All in all this cottage truly ticks all the boxes and communication with the Host was super easy. Highly Recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Beth. 🙏🏻

Loved our few days here, the house had everything you could possibly need, walkable into Poulton centre especially when you find the short cut, left out of the house Clean, comfortable, homely, Elaine is a great host, accommodating, friendly Cannot fault this property at all in any way, and will be back in the future, thanks very much ☺️

The house and grounds are really lovely and beautiful. Felt right at home when we turned up. Ann and Tony were very kind and responded quickly, when we messaged them. They were very happy to stop and have a chat. The views were picturesque. It was lovely having the sheep and lambs in the next field. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone visiting in this area.

We had a great time, the accommodation was just like it said. The amenities were great. This is a great local place not to far from Blackpool and other places to visit.

We had a great stay and would stay again and definitely recommend! Dog friendly and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfy and it felt very warm and homely. The centre is a short drive or tram ride away and very close to the beach and lovely walks for the pooch. All in all worth the money be good value

Stable Cottage is a home from home, ideally located in Lytham. The cottage itself is deceptively spacious with a huge master bedroom and the comfiest bed! The cottage is clean and tidy and the kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils you need. Also, the yard to the rear is a sun trap, and as we were lucky enough to get some sun, we took full advantage. Nestled away, the area is peaceful and quiet, with lots of bars and restaurants within 5 to 10 mins walking distance. You're also real close to express super markets, butchers fishmongers and a great pie shop.....you really have got everything you need for a great little get away. Thank you for hosting us Cheryl....we had the best time and hope to return!

Second time here in due to a full re wire at our home. Lovely property, very clean with everything that you need. SmartTV, excellent WI-FI, comfortable beds. A nice private garden, fully enclosed which our two little dogs loved exploring. Pubs and restaurants on the doorstep, we could not ask for more. 2nd time we’ve been here as a group of ageing Dad’s getting away for a weekend together - and for the 2nd time it’s been exactly what we’ve wanted - we will be back again for certain

what a great air b&b . clean and tidy . we had an issue which was our right within hours. everything was explained in the texts we sent and received . can't rave to much about van, sie ,area and host. what a sea view.

We stayed at this property as a group of 14 friends on a hiking weekend in the Lake District. Put simply, this is property is incredible! Martin has thought of everything a large group of people could need. The facilities are fantastic, from the hot-tub, to the fully kitted out games room, to the hammocks and swings, fire-pit, outdoor eating areas, speaker systems throughout the house. Everyone who stayed was blown away with the property and we made memories that we will never forget. Thank-you so much to the host for allowing us to stay.

Visited Lower Gill Farmhouse as part of my mum's 70th Birthday celebrations. 12 of us ranging in age from 5 to 75! All rooms were a great size, was excellent having 3 en-suite rooms along with a very large main bathroom and a downstairs toilet. The Kitchen was lovely, everything we needed and more - might have been nice to have tea/coffee and a little milk left for when we arrived after a long drive but luckily our tesco delivery arrived early so this wasn't too much of a problem. The living room had 3 good size sofas so we could all relax in front of the log burner. We made full use of the pool, games room, football pitch and tennis courts - a great addition especially for the kids and 4 hours allocation each day was perfect. Our dogs had a ball too - lots of places for them to run and play. Even in January we managed to spend lots of time outside and the little stream at the back of the cottaqe was wonderful. Great response from our host too, even though she was on holiday herself.

The cottage itself was cozy and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like welcome biscuits and books to read, even ones for the children. The living area was comfortable, and both bedrooms were clean and nicely furnished. The bathroom is decorated beautifully and the shower is nice and powerful. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, though the dining area was a bit snug for five people. Overall, it’s a great spot for couples or small families looking for a relaxing break with nature right on the doorstep. We'd happily return!

10 guests stayed on a rainy weekend, games room and pool were brilliant. nice local walks and pubs local were all lovely. A shame we couldn't use the outdoor area due to the weather but overall a nice stay!
