We pride ourselves on cleanliness, location on the park (cul-de-sac, walking distance to complex) and parking facilities (double space) We have a large outdoor decking space and partially enclosed garden. Set within 27 acres, this peaceful holiday home offers a relaxing place to stay whilst being within easy reach of attractions and amenities. 4 minutes drive to Lytham, with St Annes and Blackpool being just further along the coast. The holiday park has fishing access for guests and a private woodland. The caravan offers 2 bedrooms (1 Double, 1 Twin). Sofa bed (extra fee) or travel cot (free) on request. Bathroom and small ensuite to master bedroom. Light and spacious living and kitchen dining.

The Maples is an ideal retreat from which to enjoy a host of activities and places to visit. The market town of Garstang just 8 miles away and the popular North West coast of Blackpool just 30 mins away by car and within easy reach to Southport and Lytham St Annes.

The Shed @Rectory Cottage is a cozy cabin perfect for a restful retreat or a peaceful work-from-home getaway. Inside, the room can be arranged with two single beds or one king-size bed, making it ideal for solo travelers, couples, or friends. A small table serves as a practical workstation or a dining spot for two, while the cabin’s adjoining patio and grassed areas offer a tranquil spot for morning coffee or evening drinks, perfect for putting your feet up and soaking in the garden views.

The Laurels- A Little Hidden Gem

The Laurels offers the perfect escape for couples and friends seeking a relaxing retreat. Inside The Laurels, you’ll find a double bed dressed with soft, comfortable bedding, tastefully decorated, perfect to escape from everyday life. For small families, we can accommodate a third person while we don’t keep a futon in the pod, one can be arranged upon request. The wood-fired hot tub requires logs, kindling, and firelighters. Available for purchase on-site before 5 pm, this is not pre-lit.

Peaceful, Seclusion & Private Lake to walk to.

Magical Escapes Glamping offers a peaceful countryside retreat on a private farm in Hesketh Bank, West Lancashire. Our cabin has just a bedroom (double bed, table). There is no bathroom in the cabin itself but only a few feet away is a hut with a toilet and sink. We currently have no shower facilities but this will change in a few months time. Surrounded by open fields, guests can relax in a cosy, private glamping pod with scenic views, explore the farm, and unwind by a lake with wildlife.

Stu's Pontoon at Four Seasons Glamping

This amazing floating accommodation, accessed by its own private corridor, firstly opens out into an open plan covered, entertainment area, which includes a wood fired hot tub with flat screen tv, premium rattan furniture with a gas fire pit integrated into the table, a 100" projector screen, and an air fryer and BBQ for cooking. There is also a lakeside beach/sitting area which is a sun trap in the afternoons.

The Boat House

The Boat House with Hot Tub is perfect retreat for couples or small families. It's floor to ceiling windows create a stunning facade that boasts breath-taking views across our 24 acre lake. It has a shower room, open-plan lounge and with wide screen freeview TV, iPod dock, Wii console DVD player, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Smeg fridge freezer.
