We had a truly wonderful stay! The welcome was absolutely fantastic, and Mauro and Caroline’s hospitality exceeded all expectations. They were always warm, kind, and easy to talk to — we really enjoyed our conversations with them. The accommodation itself was spotless, tidy, and incredibly cozy — we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is very convenient, with the highway just a short drive away, making it easy to get around. All in all, it was a fantastic vacation, and I would gladly come back anytime. A truly unique mountain experience! The views from the terraces are spectacular! probably even more so in good weather, we were a bit unlucky on that front. The two apartments are very well kept and clean, the kitchen was great and had everything we needed, even milk. 😊 Beds were comfy, we felt very much at home! It is true that the entrances to the apartments are a bit further apart so I would probably not recommend it for families with more than one very small child (one can sleep in the "parents apartment" , there is a extra bed). For our kids (9yrs+) it was no problem and even great fun to have their own pad! I also recommend taking warm clothes as it can get cold in the clouds. But there are also heaters to keep the living area cozy. For walks I highly recommend the big loop from Chamorga, and there is a fantastic little French restaurant in Taborno (also a good smaller hike there). Thank you Tamara for having us!

Prachtige, moderne villa met een enorme tuin vol bloemen, een palmboom, gras en sfeervolle zitplekken met fire pit. De locatie is rustig en afgelegen; in de directe omgeving is weinig te doen, maar met de auto ben je zo bij spectaculaire rotsformaties, natuurlijke zwembaden aan de kust, stranden, een natuurgebied, vulkanische bergen en een charmante kuststad. Een ideale uitvalsbasis voor avontuurlijke reizigers of grote gezinnen die ook willen ontspannen bij het privézwembad, de buitenkeuken met BBQ of de gezellige fire pit. De host was ontzettend vriendelijk, dacht goed mee en reageerde altijd snel. We voelden ons direct welkom. Een absolute aanrader als je houdt van rust, ruimte en natuur, weg van de toeristische drukte.

Wir kamen als Fremde und gingen als Freunde. Eva und Santi sind extrem liebenswerte Menschen, die sich rührend um uns gekümmert haben. Die Wohnung ist makellos und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten. Der wunderschöne Blick von der Terrasse, die optimale Lage in Santa Cruz, alles ist fußläufig oder mit dem auf kurzen Wegen erreichbarem public transport zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war die beste Wohnung, die wir bisher bei unseren Besuchen in Santa Cruz hatten. Gerne erinnern wir uns an unser gemeinsames Adobo Dinner. Ich kann die Wohnung von Eva und Santi ohne Einschränkung empfehlen.

Nos alojamos 6 noches en el departamento de Vicky, estuvimos muy a gustos desde nuestra llegada hasta nuestra partida. La ubicación es perfecta, se llega caminando fácilmente a los principales lugares de la ciudad e incluso si tenes un auto alquilado es muy fácil conseguir lugar para estacionar. Elegimos santa cruz porque queríamos recorrer toda la isla y vivir la experiencia más “local” y lejos del caos del turismo masivo así que si buscan lo mismo, lo súper recomiendo. El departamento tiene una vista hermosa que nos permitió gozar de desayunos y cenas en el balcón! Además era cómodo y amplio para dos personas, tenía buena luminosidad y ventilación natural, todo estaba en perfecto estado de conservación y limpieza. Vicky y su esposo son muy amables, los vimos pocas veces pero siempre fueron muy amorosos, daba gusto encontrarlos. Sin dudas lo recomiendo (y lo volvería a reservar). Un detalle no menor es que está lleno de piezas de arte!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Luis Eduardo’s property. Our expectations were exceeded with how homely the apartment felt, it was very clean, and located in a peaceful location. The views from the balcony were stunning, and the apartment was very comfortable. Lots of attention to detail, providing guests with necessary items to make you feel well looked after. Very well stocked kitchen and bathroom, including ingredients for cooking and personal hygiene. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit the local area. Thank you! 😊

Apartment was very clean, everything was working the views were unreal very peaceful. Christelle was a great host, nice little touches included and was very responsive.
